Color Throwdown #570

Before you grab a glass of milk for these adorable cookies, may I share a little card - maybe two?  These colors for ctd570 are quite possible my favorite for Christmas cards!

First up, this little sweetie from Penny Black's Cozy Cuteness, and this fun sentiment from MFT and its coordinating die - stamped in Catherine Pooler's Polished [red] and Hot Tub [pale aqua].  My little bundled-up girl was stamped in CP Black Jack, and Copic colored.

I managed to find several little snowflake stamps in my stash, to add a dash of Winter to my vellum overlay, heat embossed in white.

Next, is the out-of-the-vault Toasty Greetings and dies … tell me this, does he not look like he's dancing?  the twist?  maybe the FLOSS?  [If you are an IG-er you can see him in action @mfergu01 =]  Sure wish I had one of those little musical chips that play music when the tab is pulled!

All the credit for this dance action goes to Channin Pelletier who had her way with dancing hamsters - do go watch her video! and while there, watch them all - you won't be sorry!

You'll see I've added a bit of action to my card base with my Lil' Inkers Quilted Spirals cover plate.

Okay... off I go to get one of these in the Color Throwdown gallery!  Can you guess which I'll choose?

Oh my goodness! That little girl is just adorable! Whoever drew her is a wonderful artist. And you've colored her wonderfully. The snowflakes add just the right touch to the card with the red and aqua Merry Christmas. Your snowman does look like he is dancing. I will check it out on Instagram. You're too funny...the Floss?! Love it. Two fabulous cards that helped me start my day with a big grin. Thanks!

These are both absolutely ADORABLE Michele and 3 of my favorite Christmas colors too! The little Eskimo girl is SOOOOO sweet and is actually on my wish list that I gave to Sue...if she doesn't come through with this one (I gave her quite a lengthy list!) I might need to have you stamp me a few! ADORE your little snowman too and am off to go see his moves on IG now. FABULOUS cards my friend!! :0)

Well, you've outdone yourself...AGAIN! Initially thought you'd baked those cookies but you went one better and gave us calorie-free cards to dazzle our eyes. Love this color combo, too, especially when they're applied to sweet and clever interactive cards. Bravo, my friend...both are fabulous. I'll guess you used the 2d one for the challenge.

I'm loving those lil snowflakes with your wrapped up girlie. And I have to say that dancing snowman is my favorite, he almost looks like hes been ice skating around in circles on that lovely white card.

They're both as cute as can be...but that snowman on that swirly background is THE BEST! Woohoo, love them!

mmmm, no shock to hear this may be your fave colour combo this year lol. Isn't it fabulous and you totally rocked it my friend. I do 'need' that sweet little girl (I have the dies but not the stamp for some reason, I must have forgot it haha) and of course that swirly background is perfect for the sweet Snowman!!

As I look around, these are actually the accent colors in part of my house and I love them for Christmas too. Both cards are adorable, Michele. Swirls and vellum make such fabulous backgrounds.

Both are so cute, Michele! The white heat-embossed snowflakes on the vellum overlay is a wonderful touch, and I LOve the “wiggle” interactive element on the second card. The dotted swirls make a perfect windy background!
