I've had another day of play with Shirley Bampton, and her fun Bee's Knees products from Stamplorations ... you'll never guess which set I used for this split-four panel:
Here are the citrus-y colored inks - there's a hint...
Have you guessed yet? Here it is:
Here are my four cards that I've stamped with just the solid stamps, then cut into four panels, and either embossed, or debossed, for some extra fun!
Shirley has made a batch of her own citrus-y cards! Let's head over to see them, shall we? You'll also find her at Stamplorations today!
Thanks so much for dropping in!

Oh my...you girls are so clever!!! I love how you used the citrus set to design your modernistic flowers. Loved your pretty colors, embossed and debossed dry embossed backgrounds and die cut cover plates...Wow! I have this set too and the cover plates:-) I am so inspired. TFS my friend. I am off to check out Shirley's cards:-) Love and Hugs...Nancy
Those flowers look fabulous in the citrussy colours, Michele, and I love the embossed backgrounds. It’s been great fun stretching my stamps with you!
Seriously, Michele, you blow me away time and again. What a fabulous set of note cards and I didn't have an inkling you used a citrus set. But of course you used a citrus set. You have a fantastic eye! Your backgrounds take these to the next level. Thanks so much for sharing. :)
What a clever way to use this stamp set, Michele! I love those bright citrusy colors that are perfect cards for a note set!
That set worked great for abstract flowers, Michele. And for the split-four technique. This is something I never would have thought of but you also did something similar with another set. I have a STAMPlorations gift certificate waiting to spend (and about to expire) and everything I want is out of stock. Maybe I need to rethink some images.
You are right, I would have never guessed you used fruit for this split-four panel! These turned out so dang cute, love the background embossing's too. You are such a clever girl, always thinking out of the box! Hugs, Brenda
I just love it when you create these split 4 panels. You always adorn them so well...dry embossing is so effective. This set is fresh and oh so pleasing to the eye.
Very clever use of stamps and an excellent demonstration of how embossing can transform the look, four amazing cards. enjoy your weekend rain or no rain xx
