Easy as ABC - Day 2

Day 2 homework … because Therese used my M, it's only right that I use her T! lol  [also perfect for my husband! which is only right as he bought me these fabulous new Classic Alphas for my birthday!!  YOU can get them on SALE today!!!  Please tell them Tom sent you!  =]

Therese used her paper trimmer to create a darling little panel within a panel.  I chose to use two rectangle dies and put that little leftover to work!

I love stretching my holiday sets... this time I used a few of the lovely leafy branches from Holiday Bows stamps & dies.

Day 3 coming soon!  It seems I'm having a bit of trouble with tardiness!

=]  Michele

My color choices:  Distress Oxide Evergreen bough; Catherine Pooler Spruce, Eucalyptus, and Twilight.
The Rectangle dies are from MFT.

Both of these are fabulous Michele, I adore the colour combo that you chose and how you were able to use a 'holiday' set for a non holiday card too! And your hubby is a keeper for sure if he bought you those alphas... they are on my wish list, maybe I will show your post to my husband (wink)!

Well worth the wait, for sure, Michele! Awesome cards. I really like how you made that frame. I know that technique, but I always forget to do it. And the leaves look fantastic. Great stretch of the stamps. Both cards are fabulous! Thank you so much for sharing! :)

Tom is such a sweet husband! I may just leave this post on screen where my DH can easily see. ;-P
Both cards are so pretty, Michele! The way you made the frame is brilliant! And I LOve the color palette - the gray looks so lovely with the greens, blue, and white.
