The Flower Challenge #83 August 2023

Hello, my friends!  It's time for another fun challenge from The Flower Challenge!  #83 has us seeing spots or stripes - and I have a very fun way for you to add a few spots to my card today - hmmm or are they splats?  Either way they seemed fitting for my little 'paint brush!'

Spellbinder: Artful Tulip cut from cardstock, and backed with a large label splattered with matching water colors from Altenew's 36 pan set;
Colorado Craft Co. Color my World sentiment.

Polka dots are a wonderful substitute for my splats - I hope you'll be seeing dots after seeing all the fab DT inspiration over at The Flower Challenge!  We have some sad news, and happy news to share today!  See you there...

How beautiful this is with the tulips, and the colorful splats are the sign of an artist at work. It couldn't be more perfect! I absolutely love the concept of this tulip paintbrush. The whole Paint Your World Collection is so pretty and clever and on sale. I've been looking, but confess I'm awaiting the arrival of two other orders. Hopeless, I tell you!

That flowery paint brush is so cute, Michele. I guess you'd say the spots are pollen? lol

OMGosh, this is such a cute card Michele! I love that you used the tulips for your "brush bristles"! I love that!! Love the label die you used and of course love your polka dots/splats, they look amazing. Love that sentiment as well. Sometimes that is all we need, a splash of color in our lives! Hugs, Brenda

What a lovely paint brush, Michele! If I had one like this, I would feel like a great painter! The color coordinated splats and spots look so pretty against the cream color label backdrop! The sentiment is perfect for this card too!

Now that's the kind of paintbrush I like! One sprouting flowers and let's say splattering confetti! Beautiful card!
