A really quick Saturday post - I didn't want another day to go by before thanking all of you who were kind enough to send me one of your gorgeous handmade-from-the-heart birthday cards! You know who you are - these are in no particular order just tucked into my card display wherever they would stay put! I am so very blessed!
While I'm here, I'd like to share a photo Tom took of the little overnight guest who tucked himself into an old Robin's nest in our River Birch to roost for the night...
Last but not least... I was so grateful for the win at Altenew in October! Of course, I had to show my gratitude by playing in their November 2022 Inspiration Challenge!
Cloudy sky seems to turn green for me when stamped - but looks
perfectly fine blended within my frame - insert head scratching here.
Butternut and Pumpkin Pie inks blended onto my frame, and Dark Chocolate ink for the branches [Holiday Bows] and sentiment - from their Festive Poinsettia set.
Of course, I must also thank you for the time you share with me here - so appreciated!

Thankful for you, the pretty little bird and this lovely card!
Looks like a wonderful birthday collection of cards. How sweet that the bird found a vrbo for the brief stay. Your card makes good use of all the colors.
What a great display of cards, they look fabulous all together. Congrats on your win at Altenew, your blessings card is just perfect. Thanks for sharing the pic of that cute little bird, such a gorgeous blue xx
This post is just full of sweetness…..wonderful birthday cards, a delightful overnight guest and a lovely framed fall card! Always love my visits here!
Love your card display...you are well loved my friend! Thanks for sharing your sweet little friend and your beautiful card. So many blessings!
It is high time that I pulled out this die... stand by. This is fabulous!
You had many blessings and are a blessing to many, my friend! Love that sweet bluebird snuggled in the nest in what looks like a very cold tree. Love the frame and lovely colors! Congrats on you Altenew win last month! Woot, woot!
I really enjoyed seeing all the beautiful birthday cards you received, Michele. You have some very talented stamping friends. I clicked to enlarge and was wow'd. Thanks for sharing them! Congratulations on your Altenew win! A beautiful card with the frame and leaves. Odd about the ink color. Nevertheless, it looks great either way. Such a perfect CAS design. Also, I'm so happy you shared the pretty little bluebird(?) resting in the birch. We don't have bluebirds here. Most of our birds are not very colorful. Earlier today a bird flew into our bedroom window and was lying stunned on the ground. I'm happy to report it recovered and flew away. In the meantime, I took a picture of LuLu examining it. It's a cute pic for our yearbook considering there was a happy ending.
Congrats on your Altenew win, Michele. Your card for the challenge was fantastic and so is the one for their next challenge. I need to look at my stamps closer. I love those sprigs and have them in my stash.
You are so lucky that darling bluebird decided to grace you with his presence. We had at least 6 varieties of birds in the tree behind our house Saturday morning. They are so fun to watch but hard to photograph.
Look at all of these pretty cards and photo!! I really LOVE your card for the Altenew November 2022 Inspiration challenge!! Thanks sooooo very much for playing a long!! YAY!
Awww, look at all those gorgeous birthday wishes! I love that you are well loved my sweet friend!! Wow, what a beautiful photo Tom got, I love seeing that little overnight guest peeking out the used nest. So beautiful! And speaking of beautiful, I am loving your card and couldn't think of a better person to win at Altenew in October! You used your win and made a gorgeous card....as usual! Hugs, Brenda
So sweet -- your card and bird! I echo the sentiment that we are thankful for you!
Look at all those beautiful birthday cards my friend! And the joy of the bird as well as one of your beautiful designs featuring our fave frame die! Such a gorgeous post to come home to!
I guess going out of town caused me to miss this one. What a gorgeous frame and card, Michele! I adore your CAS style. My favorite part of your post was the wee little bluebird though!
