Inspired By #181 - Fintastic Birthday!

Hello my dear friends!  We sure missed hanging out with you all!  I'm well rested, and ready to start playing cards again, even though I've got lots of cobwebs to clear!

Before I show you my card for IB#181, I want to tell you that there is something a little different about Inspired By starting with this first August post!  SO be sure to read all about it at the Inspired By blog for all the extra fun you can have playing along with us!

I have a fun birthday card for you - I've been inspired by that shark, and his ocean-scene cake!

Will you be inspired as I was?  OR will you choose from TWO other options now available through December?  Curious?  Let's head over to the IB#181 post to check out what's new, and also to see which option my teammates have chosen, shall we?

LOL....who wouldn't love this birthday shark? Although those little fishies who escaped those ferocious teeth should be extra thankful, I think! LOVE the sentiment and your watery background is amazing!

Gah, so happy to have you back, Michele. You always wow me with your creativity. This card is so cool, except maybe for those baby fish! I really like the big sentiment. Great card!

I love the big bold sentiment on your beautifully blended ocean, Michele. I've missed this challenge and hope I have something to enter with. I know I don't have fish or sharks.

Blue and orange are a fantastic combination (sometimes I wish I were a bear's fan just for that reason, but instead I'm loyal to the green and gold). Do I spy a little blood by that shark's tooth?!

The inspirational photo cake is adorable and I love that you took inspiration from the shark. Your card is adorable Michele, loving the "ocean" and of course the shark with his party hat. lol Too cute! The huge bold sentiment is perfect, as you certainly want to make a wish if you come across this fella! lol Hugs, Brenda

What a cute and happy shark with a birthday crown, Michele! The layered die-cut sentiment beautifully pops against the gorgeous ocean background! Water splashes are really niche touches. I might see your IG holiday card in the future? :-)
