Christmas Kickstart Challenge #53

By now I've figured out what most inspires me to make a card: a photo inspiration!  I'm so loving all the bits of inspiration I found in Christmas Kickstart's Challenge #53 photo inspiration ... here's a closeup of it:

Right down there in the bottom right corner... that shaggy stool just called out for my Pinkfresh Studio Festive Llama!  complete with his colorful poms!  I'm so surprised they pulled this one from their product line.

I also had an impromptu play date with my friend Cat!!
Thanks for being so willing to answer my video-call, my friend!

As Cat and I chatted, I showed her my 'what do I do with it now?' bin of wonderful
snippets - I found this fun white-on-white heat-embossed panel!
Kismet, I think!  It's an after-Christmas 2020 purchase from
SSS called Outline Merry.

I'm going to get this card into the Christmas Kickstart Challenge link, and then I'm going to see if Cat has her card posted - why not come along?  Hey, and play along, too!!

Well, you are so on the ball. I really didn't expect to see an entry so quickly and it is a beauty. I love your fluffy lama with his colourful pom poms round his neck. I love that heat embossed background too, it adds the perfect bit of extra interest. Overall an inspired take on the photo. Thank you so much for taking the trouble to join us at Christmas kickstarter this month, it is so lovely to have you xx

As soon as I saw this llama, I knew where the inspiration came from and such a fun, cute card. The llama is even bringing presents.

What is it about llamas? Gotta love 'em! And I adore the unconventional colors you used. So hip, gal! This turned out so super-cute, but I am sure not ready to think about Christmas, thanks anyway!!! Thanks for the inspiration.

You are a pro at spotting things in a photo inspiration, Michele! I tend to see the forest, not the trees so I'm so impressed! Love, love, love your llama! He's so perfect for this challenge!

I think your drained that photo of all the inspiration you could with this sassy llama (see what I did there with those double letters?). Using your "what do I do with it now" background really shows off this handsome critter.
