EBE Summer of Stamping - Avery Elle Collaboration

There's another Hop over at Ellen Hutson's blog … celebrating the newest collaboration between EH and Avery Elle!  Be sure to check it out and comment over there before July 25th for a chance to WIN!

My special guy and I can't think of a better place to be than in our 14' canoe, fishing/catching - what a perfect way to canoe-dle a day away!  This is Us:

The latest Avery Elle Peekaboo: Camp Wanna Stamp and die combo*
exclusive to Ellen Hutson, LLC!

Fish - check
Canoe - check
Sunset - check
Fireflies - check - double check that clever sentiment!

Now if I could just give our canoe a coat of plaid - tee hee!
=]  Michele

* the stamps will be offered as a stand-alone, but the only way to get the coordinating dies is to buy it as a combo - and why wouldn't we? lol

You and Tom look ADORABLE my friend, and why can't you "plaid" your canoe?! Just turn it upside down over some sawhorses, grab some frog tape and paint and....oh wait, Tom probably wouldn't think it looked to manly to be out in a plaid canoe, would he?!! Oh well, it was a thought, wasn't it??!! But anyway, your card is fabulous...love every. little. detail!! Hugs. :0)

Michele what a sweet story and lovely card scene. Until now I’ve never thought of a canoe as romantic...Looking forward to cooler days and another play date.

You must be the one paddling? Such an adorabel little scene. I'm so jelly about your way with patterned paper. I just collect it...you, on the other hand, create a special little scene with it like this. Kudos!

Hi Michele,
yes, I've tried that stamp set with every type of ink I own. I've also been using it in my stamping platform, which is great to go over the image, but does mean my ink colours come out quite dark.
Me and flowers just can't get on :-)

LOVE your card. So adorable, and that sentiment made me lol
