Three ways from Monday! Sunflower Daisy

I've decided I need to add a little fun to my Monday wash-day!  I'll cannot promise to have this much fun every Monday, but I will try!  My way of putting those purchases to good use!

Three ways from Monday!

Today, I armed myself with a new-to-me set from Altenew, called Sunflower Daisy - a four-step layering set - and its coordinating dies.

For me, perfect stamping right out of the gate isn't always possible with the layering sets - but by the time I stamp them several times?  It does get easier!

Here are the Altenew ink sets I've used today - Altenew certainly makes it easy for us to layer with these sets:

You might not choose these muted colors yourself … but if you know me at all?  You'll know they are perfection to me!!  Tell me if I've swayed your mind a teensy bit ...

I'm sharing this closeup first to show off the gorgeous
Dotted Swirls debossing cover die -
Just adds a little extra something -
it works pretty well over my new

Those 'old' label love sentiment stamps never get old to me!

There's that cover die again... really
makes a statement on plain card stock, right?

Is anyone surprised that this one is my favorite?  But, because I know I have a few friends that really love color... my third way:

Catherine Pooler Juniper Mist ink for background stamping

Hope you've enjoyed my stamping Three Ways from Monday, as much as I enjoyed stamping them!  Now, I'd better get moving - those clothes do not put themselves into the drier... now wouldn't THAT be an invention we could wrap our arms around?

These are amazing!! They are so pretty stamped in the unusual colors. I happen to like the LAST one the best, though. I like the way it POPS off the card with the blue background.

The cover die is fabulous......and oh those colors are definitely you! Beautiful cards! Never in a million years would I think to make brown flowers.....but that card is my favorite!

The laundry might not do itself but it can wait. 😉 These are all lovely. As much as I love gray myself I have to say the last one is my fav too.

Oooh, what a fun idea, Michele and you executed it fantastically! I adored the first two card with the soft and muted colors and the lovely cover die that adds just the right oomph. Oh but then...SHAZAM you nailed it with the third. I love me some color and you nailed on that last card. It pops off the screen! Not that the others aren't lovely at all, but that last one really stole the show. Excellent work, my friend!

Oh Michele, these are all amazing! Love, love, LOVE the brown sunflowers but they're all stunning in every color. Gorgeous cards to celebrate the season, my friend.

You definitely rocked those daisies. I need to get my hands on that coverplate. On a pattern it looks like quilting...so lovely. I really like those muted tones for the flowers, reminds me of dried blooms in fall. You're inspiring us all Michele. Happy Laundry Day.

That is one Altenew stamp I don't have, Michele. I love the sunflowers in any color and the plaid is perfect to show them off.

The muted colour cards are extra special and so are those beautiful flowers and the cover plate x.

Love your addition to 'wash day'! I also agree that some sets take a little practice to stamp the layers but the more I stamp them the easier they get. The colours you chose today are divine my friend!

Good to know you do laundry on Mondays...I'm a Saturday gal myself. I have a better invention for laundry...auto-folding and putting it away.
Back to these cards...honestly, being a yellow person, the last one pleases me greatly but the other two are just plain knock my socks off. (Maybe I lost them in the laundry???)

Only you could create the most gorgeous cards while doing laundry, Michele! You've stamped these lovely daisies beautifully, and I love how you played with color on every one! I also love your Buffalo Check backgrounds and how you added texture with debossing! You've knocked it outta the park once again, my friend!

Awesome job on these daisies, Michele! I steer away from the layering stamps, but I see that it is possible to get it right. Love all the different looks you've achieved. Something for everyone here! I'm drooling over that coverplate! It adds so much interest without competing with the main design.

Gorgeous! Love the colors, muted or not! Your flowers are a sight to behold!

Invention into the dryer? Why stop there? Take them out of the dryer and hand them up too! I'm in :o)

You always make neutrals soooo classy, Michele ... and the first two are just that! The third is bold and vibrant ... and equally delicious! So ... will you be doing laundry every day??! Hugs, Anita :)

What gorgeous cards, Michele and you certainly have converted me to a more muted colour palette! Those flowers are just beautiful and the plaid backgrounds are perfect for them.

I love the muted colored sunflower daisies, Michele! They’re so chic. The dotted swirls look wonderful alone in the background and with the buffalo check.
I really enjoyed your stamping Three Ways from Monday. Thanks so much! Hideko xx
