Day three could be my favorite of all the Sneaks … this newest MONDO beauty? SO gorgeous!
meet Mondo Chrysanthemum:
My first stamping was white heat embossed on Ranger water color paper, and painted with Distress inks - black soot, pumice stone, and fossilized amber to be exact. Now. granted it would be beautiful all on its own, but that little detailing with a Pinkfresh Studio die, with a panel of Slate Gray card stock behind it, didn't hurt, did it?
If you don't find water coloring to be your thing, maybe this one [simply stamped in black on white] might? Just adding a pop of color with an enamel dot or three - or a panel-on-panel sentiment label [another from Pink Fresh Studios] might just make your CAS style heart happy.
Have you spotted what else is new? I just love the font in Julie's newest Totally Random Says Vol. 3 sentiment set. It includes all the basics we use all the time, and more - and stands on its own so beautifully, too!
What a perfect way to sign off! Thanks for hanging out with me - I know I've bombarded you with tons this week... but I do hope you've found something you'll love - and there's even more! See you Sunday? xx
Wowza...these are gorgeous! You have such style, my friend!
All I know is that I'm going to be so broke. Haven't seen a dud in anyone of the sneaks thus far. That chrysanthemum is magnificent and so versatile and who doesn't love sentiments...
I can see this Mondo getting a lot of love in your craft room, Michele! I"m loving Julie's new fonts, too...Beautiful cards, for sure!!!
Totally STUNNING!! LOVE that mum!!!!
Oh my, your cards are incredible, I especially love the way you have watercoloured the Mondo!!!
Oh goodness, what a beautiful mum! But it's what you've done with it that makes it spectacular. Marvelous cards my friend!
Fabulous cards, Michele. Looking forward to shopping!
Fabulous trio! The Mondo Chrysanthemum is a great addition to the Mondo series! And you showcased it in unique ways, Michele!
I think that Mondo Mum is coming home with me after seeing what you did with it, Michele. Gorgeous colors on it but then the black and white is spectacular too.
Oh my goodness gracious. Fantastic cards, Michele. Wow, wow, wow!
Goodness, these are stunners, Michele ... the grey/black/yellow colour palette is so unexpected and so gorgeous ... the coloured accents pop wonderfully with the simple line art ... and the love you last card is just delicious! Hugs, Anita :)
