CAS Watercolour more Maple leaves!

I haven't had Second Helpings for a challenge in a long time... here are seconds, and thirds for CAS Watercolour - it is their 3rd birthday, after all!

Compared to my last [bear] card, these may just be more CAS, too... but you'll have to visit the CAS Watercolour challenge to see which one I've included in their gallery!  I wonder if you'll guess?

Inside:  Happy birthday to the brightest leaf on the family tree!

I am never one to waste a piece of water colored paper... especially when they turn out this bright.  Have you used the Altenew water colors?  SO gorgeous, and full of pigment!

Inside:  I'm missing the color you add to my life!

Off to the gallery I go... you should join me!!  OH and make a card to celebrate, too!

=]  Michele

Card one:  EBE Totally Random Sayings Vol. 3, Spellbinder's Hemstitched Square dies, MFT Natural cardstock for beige leaves, Lawn Fawn stitched leaves large, and small.

Card two:  Hero Arts/GinaK collab set for sentiment, Lawn Fawn leaf dies, SU Corrugated embossing folder.

I'm loving them both, but really the layers with the corrugated paper is my fave.

Beautiful watercoloring, Michele! I really love the rich red on the first card and how you showcased the panel on the 2nd card! Stunning CAS cards, my friend! xx

Oh my goodness, Michele! These are so beautiful. Those colors are so bold and vibrant. Love the first card with the bold red and soft grays. AND the hemstitch square. Lovely! That corrugated background is fantastic on the second card! You are so good and using up all your pieces. Another beauty. Enjoy your weekend, friend. Hugs!

These are both BEAUTIFUL Michele and I'm totally loving how you highlighted just a portion of each of the cards with the bright water colors and left the rest neutral! I think the 1st one is my favorite but love how you used the left over water colored piece in the 2nd card too! Lovely, lovely cards my friend! Thanks so much for sharing these beauties with us at CAS Watercolour!! :0)

Beautiful leaf! I have been mulling over those watercolor pens. So I assume you recommend?

Such pretty cards!! I am loving the little dots around the leaf on the first card. I thought you used a paper crimper on the second then noticed it was a corrugated embossing folder. you had me fooled!!

WHoa! You're certainly doing CAS Watercolor up proud. I can see why you didn't want to waste that watercolored cardstock...gorgeousness. But the way you've dressed up both is superb. I'm guessing you went with the second card but now I'm off to see, for sure.

My guess is #1 is in the gallery. Love the tinge of bright green on the edge. Love the corrugated background on the other one. Too bad that die is retired.

Great twofer card Michele. Always great when you can get the ying and yang from one piece of watercolour! Both are awesome. Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Watercolour! xx

Wow, both are fabulous, Michele! I especially love the design of the first card - the maple leaf of the vibrant colors is beautifully framed in the tilted hemstitched square. The other little leaves add movement to the card and the placement of the sentiment strikes a great balance of all elements.
The corrugated background is unique and interesting too!

You're right -- those colors are bright and fun, alongside all the white! Love the SU folder and the layers!

Both are gorgeous! Love your use of color against the clean white, especially that stunning red maple leaf with just a touch of gold in the corner!
