Featured Artist at Tag You're it =]

Tracey McNeely and I FaceTime on occasion ... it's not as wonderful as seeing her up-close-and-personal, but I'll take it!  Last week she floored me when she asked if I'd be the Featured Artist at Tag You're It!  I cannot say no to this friend!!!

I hadn't quite gotten enough play-time with my current favorite from Wplus9 ... what perfect sized blooms for a .... -wait for it- .... book-mark tag!!!

The lovely blue ribbon comes from Verve, and Altenew provided the inks.  There is a little surprise between the layers, for a special little reader in my life:

The dry embossing really provides just the right 'space' to slip this over her last-read page!

Thanks, Tracey - you've given me such an honor - and the opportunity to play cards with you, and your fabulous team?  What a pleasure!

Hope I've inspired YOU all to make a tag of a different kind, for Tag You're It #53!

=]  Michele

Congrats on the feature! Don't you just l-o-v-e that crinkle ribbon from Verve? I'm sort of obsessed with it (and your lovely tag).

Oh my goodness, I just saw a smaller picture of this tag on another blog (Hi Carol) and now I'm seeing it in all it's glory here. I read my blogs in Feedly and see the newest posts first, so Carol must have posted after yours. Annnnyway...I adore this tag. It's splendid delightful. The crisp white, the textured dots, the lovely flowers all come together to create such a pretty tag set. You are quite talented you know. :) Thanks for sharing and inspiring.

Such a wonderful little tag! I'll try to play along, once I'll get home. Starting to have crafting withdrawal, although I did enjoy all the hiking I did so far :)

Oh my goodness, what have I been missing?!!! Just saw (OK, if you had 11 grandchildren, all staying with you at times all summer you'd know it's sometimes hard to find time to visit all your favs), you were guesting on TYI, and fell in love with a very sweet bookmark tag. (LOVE making bookmarks for said grands). Phew! So forgive me while I gush over some of your amazing work. You are some kinda wonderful, lady! Oh how I love the double tag thing! So you're the queen of embossing, eh? Gotta run, and comment on some more of what I passed to get to this fabulous tag. Btw, congrats on the guest thing, it's a no brainer! Hugs!
