CAS[E] this Sketch #182

N@ Ali has done it again!!  Oh, the things my brain sees when creating for N@'s sketches!!!  See for yourself:

For CTS #182:

Are you guys getting the sense that I MAY be trying to use up a bit of patterned paper before moving it?  You would be exactly right!  I love these from Authentique: Seaside.

[I promise I hadn't watched Jaws just before making this card - on the other hand ... dah dum, dah dum ... is it too late to add a fin?]

Hope you have tons of time to play cards with us this week - now let's go see what my team mates have for us!!!

=]  Michele

e.t.a.  I'm sending this over to CASology: Rough - seas can be rough - and an overall small pattern can be CAS ... me thinks?

Don't even go there when it comes to 'Jaws'! I couldn't go back into the ocean for years after seeing that movie :)
I love how you paired your patterned papers for the background and this fabulous anchor, Michele! And, what a great sentiment! Love your take on the sketch!

What a fun take on the sketch! I like your patterned anchor. I don't know if a lifetime would be enough to use all of my patterned paper LOL!! Those darn 6x6 pads get me every time!!

I love that you made the anchor out of stripes, Michele. It's unexpected and goes well with your DP. I need to start using more of mine. I'm going to miss this week's challenge. :(

Fantastic design, and love the sentiment, too. Looks like it is on a boat, and the anchor is holding it all together. Wonderful interpretation of rough.
Thanks so much for playing along at CASology this week.

Oh, that patterned paper is fantastic, Michele, and just perfect for this Jaws-inspired card! ;-). Somehow I managed to miss seeing Jaws - I was too young when it came out, and then when I was old enough, I still lacked the nerve! Prefer your version, thanks very much! Lovely to have you join us at CASology this week!
