How was your Monday?

Since my Mondays involve laundry it's never my favorite day of the week - but not yesterday.  One could say my Monday was 'the berries!'  Penny Black Winter Berry Branch die that is!  I managed to knock out three cards:

Red berries, antique linen stenciling, and gold scripty stamping [Wplus9].

White berries, yellow stenciling.

I can't believe that these blue berries are my favorite - who am I?

I cut the oval using my Spellbinders' Oval Hemstitch die set, adding
a bit of antique linen around its edges.  Then used PB's musical background
stamp to add interest and edged it using Distress Oxide: Stormy Sky.

All three of the sentiments come from a very old MFT set called Hand-lettered Holidays.

Besides those lovely berries, I had a chance to fill another of Bobby's baskets
with the HoneyBee dies I borrowed while she was visiting!
It seems fitting to use it for Carol Mc's Just us Girls: Container challenge #792

I hope YOUR Monday was the berries, too!

Gorgeous!!! Yes, all four are gorgeous! I love the sprig of berries and how you've colored each of them differently. I couldn't possibly pick a favorite, but the blue are pretty nifty. I like the music print in the background too. A nice, vintage style card to start my morning. Your basket full of dried flowers is lovely as well. I have those flower dies. I should pull them out and give them some love. Thanks for always inspiring me Michele!

While we might have to take your temp for "favorite" with the blues, it is definitely mine, although all three are gorgeous! I think it's in the hues that won that title for me. Your container is a good choice and very appropriate timing too -- four amazing cards, Michele.

I love what you did with those berry branches, Michele. I have that die and it's been neglected of late. So glad you made another card with my HB dies and shared it with us at Just Us Girls.

As a matter of fact, I've been playing with these berries too, Michele! They will adorn a card in this week's class! I am envying all of these including the blue ones and love the pretty font of the sentiments! If you're ever in the mood to get rid of them, let me know. Your basket makes a perfect container for these Fall flowers!

Well, now that it's Thursday I barely remember Monday, sheesh. That's me, late again. But, never too late to admire these serenely gorgeous cards with the berry sprig, sigh. I can hardly wrap my head around the beauty. They're all incredible, and my favorite is whichever one I'm seeing at the moment. I do SO love that basket, too. I might need it. There I go again, putting something on my ginormous wish list.
