Color Hues #54 Navy and Cream

I know this is the second time today that I've insinuated myself into your space, but a funny thing happened on the way to addressing envelopes: I fell short of the number needed!!  Yikes!  Back to the drawing board!

I couldn't help stamping a few more of these darling deer - why not take advantage of a fun challenge from our hostess, Karen, at Color Hues?  Navy and Cream sounds magical to me!

SSS Ivory cardstock, and a very light inking of this PTI Dear to Me stag.
He's hiding among two Sizzix/TH Woodlands trees and under
some jellyroll twinkling stars!

Have a wonderful weekend, my friends!  I'll be finishing those cards!

Another stunning card, Michele! Those trees are just fabulous--don't think I've ever seen them before, and what a wonderful frame they make for the deer! Thanks, as always, for sharing with us at Color Hues!

This is so gorgeous, my dear. I love that you used an oval for you aperture. The cream against it and the placement of your die cuts is just perfect.

I tend to fall into the trap of making a clean, static, and boring card with this color combo, but you did a great job of making a wonderful card, Michele! Love the layers of white die-cuts and their dimensions. Using a cute deer die-cut with the tree die-cuts is a fantastic idea. The very light inking of the deer is a wonderful touch too.
