Inspired By #141 tweet tea... features the tweetest little tea cups! It's no wonder that little tweet-heart is building her nest there - which is exactly where my inspiration comes from today... can you find her?
I'd paint every one of my cabinets this gorgeous grey!
So, of course, I created a little 'cabinet' for my cups
and a new grey card: Bazzill Alpaca!
It didn't take long to find all the right blooms for my little TCP die-cut tea cups - these come from Pinkfresh Studio: Keep Going, and The Stamp Market: Bloominus - but my little nest-builder is from Altenew's: Wild Hibiscus c. 2015! I'll keep it in my stash just for this little bird, but the blooms are pretty terrific, too! I Copic colored them as those IB tweet-tea cups are - see if you can match those that inspired me. Then come play, won't you?!
Oh...how lovely. What a pretty card. I'd keep that sweet bird, too! I see elements of all the cups, except the one with the heart, I think. This card is elegant and calming and simply beautiful!
Such a pretty mix of products and colors. LOVE it.
I love everything about this card! The tea cups and the birdie are perfection, and the triple-stitched frames are fabulous! (I don't recognize the frames--where are they from?)
I'm salivating over this card and I don't even drink tea...it is so beautiful. That grey is perfect, isn't it? And that bird...must have missed it, don't know how. Every element speaks to my heart.
What wonderful teacups and they really do look amazing on that grey background that you have wonderfully enhanced with those stitched frames. Another amazing card from you xx
Yes, your heart would go pitter patter over grey cabinets wouldn't it! Looks like that pretty little bird's heart is happy and right at home too! Pretty card!
You nailed this inspiration...those sweet little teacups are precious, as is that little bird! Love every single one of them! That background is pretty awesome too!
Ahhh, Michele, these teacups are so lovely..... they have a calming effect with the blooms and that gorgeous grey. I’m headed to my local craft store tomorrow.... that grey color will be on my shopping list!
Oh Michele...this card is just as sweet as can be!! I'm loving the colored blooms, the stripes, and that cute little birdie perched on the top cup behind the leaves! And your stitched gray cabinets are to die for too...I wouldn't mind a kitchen like that either! This card just couldn't be any prettier and just perfect for the inspiration photo...LOVE it!! Hugs. :0)
This card is too beautiful. Well done.
Those stitched frames look fabulous Michele and loving the grey too x. Super cute little bird and the most fabulous and pretty cups ...perfect interpretation Michele x.
What a pretty shade of gray to store your gorgeous cups in, Michele! Love that sweet nest builder that looks like she likes the cups too! Definitely a keeper!
Fabulous card Michele. I love the painted china look of the cups. You rocked this inspiration.
Love your sweet cups, all floral-ized and everything! That double border is pretty special too
Oh, my goodness, this is so sweet! I have that very same image in a large painting in my stamp room. I believe it's the same. Mine has some paint brushes in the painting, which is why I thought it would be perfect for my room. Anywho, I love your card and the soft gray is very nice!
Wow, each cup is so lovely and so is the bird, Michele! I enjoy looking at your cups comparing with the ones in the IB picture. The beautiful gray cabinet frames the images perfectly.
Absolutely beautiful card, Michele! Your teacups are so pretty! Fabulous coloring, darling bird, and your gray stitched frame is sheer perfection! You totally nailed it, my friend :)
This is so beautiful! I simply adore everything about it and the colours are wonderful!
Those china cups are so wonderfully 'hand painted', Michele ... this is just lovely ... and the little bird is just so sweet! Hugs, Anita :)
OH, this just makes me happy! Inspired in every little detail. I forgot that Wild Hibiscus had a birdie image. I will have to go find mine! Love this, Michele.
The most beautiful card Michele - so perfectly clean but with all those wonderful details. You are such an inspirational crafter! Vicky x
