Simon's Wednesday Challenge is an 'anything goes' challenge that is asking for Penny Black this week if we have some... do I?!

I picked up a few in January. This one's a lovely 'cabbage rose' design called Christmas Blush... but I didn't make a Christmas card today. A friend asked if I would send a card to her friend who is battling breast cancer and might appreciate a card from me. Prayers will of course be enclosed.
It's gone from sunny days back to cloudy and cold - here's a
bit brighter look at my card:
If your Friday evening dance card hasn't been completely booked, my friend Therese is the guest designer at Craft Roulette this evening. HERE is a link if you can make it! I know she will be so happy to have you join the fun!

What a pretty little spray, love your soft pink colouring. Have a great weekend xx
What a perfect time to bring out your Penny Black stamps--if you have them (wink!) I love that rose and it's so beautifully watercolored and will surely cheer up anyone.
Of course, you know how I adore this beautiful creation, sigh. A beautiful stamp and lovely watercoloring. I can't get enough. So gorgeous!
Ohhhhh, this is such a pretty image and I love what you've done with it! Your card and those prayers will be much appreciated!
Oh Michele...this is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and your water coloring is SO pretty! I love the soft and subtle coloring in the background too! This card will definitely bring a smile to your friend! Hugs. :0)
Beautiful image, Michele, and your coloring made it even more gorgeous!
This is so beautiful, Michele. I love the subtle background. A handmade card is a statement of caring. A perfect thing to do for aomeone who is dealing with serious illness.
So beautiful and thoughtful!
Beautiful card Michele!
You have mastered watercoloring with re-inkers, Michele! This is a beautiful way to send prayers for healing!
Your rose is gorgeous. Love your coloring and beautiful card.
Another PB beauty, Michele. Your watercoloring is wonderful. Looks like the re-inkers are now your friend. ;)
She is going to love it Michele, what a beautiful card! You are so thoughtful x
