The best part of having all my assignments done ahead is being able to 'play cards' with a few of my favorite Challenges ... enter FMS465...
I have just the old tag die, and new dies to make this work!
OOPSie Daisie... forgot the string!
With a little planning, one can always use the negative for another card... this one was embossed after cutting the Holly Jolly for my card, and is heading over to Let's Squash It! They are looking for an embossed piece, with die cut, or fussy cut. Hmmm think this fits the bill? Even if it doesn't, it's always fun to play!
Bazzill Pale Rose cardstock for base

Both cards are brilliant and so beautifully created Michele, loving those bright cheerful colours for Christmas!
Ooooh, these are pretty, Michele! I love the Holly Jolly! Awesome embossing folder too....
Two fabulous cards, Michele! The first is fresh and fun and I'm coveting the great embossing folder used on the second. It's always a treat to see your designs in the FMS gallery!
2 stunners, Michele! Way to stretch your design, getting 2 for 1! Love that embossed sweater design!
Oh what fun!!! I LOVE the dies you used here!! Now I wish I had gotten these Holly Jolly dies. I also love the Reverse Confetti die. Amazing cards!!
Well, you are definitely on an excellent creative roll with your Christmas cards, these are fantastic. I love all the little details on the first like the rounded top corners and the detail on those background leaves and that embossing folder on the second looks stunning in vibrant red. I have not heard of that make, will have to look it up xx
This is a duo of delight, Michele! I really like the tag on the first card. All of the elements work so well together to bring an essence of Christmas. That red is so rich and vibrant! String or no string, it's a winner! :) You had me at the cable knit embossing folder on the second card. :) Wonderful card design to use up the negative bits. Love how you get such a detailed impression with your folders. :) Thanks so much for sharing. Hugs!
Always love your cards, Michele! Thanks for playing at Let's Squash It! Jo x
Wowza! I predict WINNERS big time with these! You are such an enabler, I WANT those alphabets!
Your post pretty much mimics the ones I wrote yesterday. :-) This is gorgeous!
Wow! I LOVE the die cut tag with the gorgeous red sentiment! It just POPS! I would not have thought of embossing the sweater knit in red, but now I want a sweater just like that! Two beautiful, festive cards, my friend! So glad you are getting to play for fun!
Oh My! Both are gorgeous, Michele, but that doily die stole my pitter-patter heart!
It is fun just to play for the heck of it, isn't it?!! Both of these cards came out FABULOUSLY Michele...LOVE both of them!! Hope you're still enjoying those homemade cinnamon rolls...thought about them this morning! Hugs. :0)
Two cheerful Christmas greetings all dressed up with holly. Beautiful, Michele.
Now, this is the way to use all the bits, positive and negative, and use them beautifully. That tag would delight any recipient and the cozy, knitted embossing is simply gorgeous with the vellum and holly.
Stunning tag made into a fun dimensional colorful card. Love your 2nd textured card using the negative Holly Jolly and dry EB background. TFS my friend. Love and Hugs..Nancy
I'm loving that Holly Jolly set and the deep red CS on your second card... Both cards are simply amazing!
What an eye catching die sentiment and both cards are fabulous Michele x. The most beautiful tag card with or without the string and love the extra texture on card number two x.
Oh! Love that embossing folder! It just gives the card a warm and cozy look!!! The tag on the first one is super pretty and festive!
My friend, you have outdone this die!!! Gahh, I thought I was done with Christmas cards, but now I just want to dive back in! What a gorgeous way to show it off - that red just makes my day!

Congrats! I knew it was gorgeous!
What a very well deserved win for you. congratulations xx
Not sure how I missed these but you have been on a holy terror of posting cards lately! That sentiment die sure is a star on a card or tag! I'm thinking you're nudging me to buy a knit looking embossing folder or die.
What a cute tag card, Michele! It's filled with fun and festivity! And I LOve the sweater embossed background! The white heat-embossed sentiment on the vellum is just perfect for the bright red background, adding more softness and warmth to the sweater. Both designs are fantastic!
Love that cable knit pattern. It looks good in any colour. Lovely card. Thanks for joining the fun at Let's Squash It! Hugz
