Spring is finally showing up here in Western Michigan... I'm seeing some blooming happening! Wait 'til you see what's blooming at Inspired By #123:
Isn't it unique? I've never seen freshly cut flowers hung like this... but I found a way to do it with paper!
It was simple to stamp this sweet little Altenew Lavender Bud with their palest shades from their cube sets, die cut them, and frame them up with this fabulous wood-grain paper from Craft Consortium, cut with that MFT die I use so often. The sentiment comes from Altenew, Basic Blooms.
Hope you find loads of inspiration from IB123! There's a fun Sketch there to use if you'd like to! Thanks for stopping by today!

Of course you did...find a way to hang your flowers upside down on paper and quite beautifully too I might add!! A perfect reminder of all the color that's starting to bloom around us! Lovely, lovely card Michele!! Hugs. :0)
Fabulous inspiration for the challenge.
This is so fresh and springy! After I created my (ugly) card, I did find some brand-new stamps on my shelf that would have been perfect! Better luck next time, I guess. I love your wooden frame, works perfectly with the inspiration photo!
Fresh and unique. Never saw flowers hung that way, either but it sure makes a pretty card...and the frame is the bomb.
Nearly missed this! So glad I didn't as it's a beauty, Jo x
Love those colours, and there's that textured background again. Love the simple message too xx
I like the soft country look this has with the pretty frame you added. So natural and airy!
So soft and sweet....and that frame is perfect!
Your card looks just like the inspiration photo, Michele. Did you not stamp all the layers of the lavender? It looks like a different flower that way.
Love the way you've framed these sweet, pastel flowers, Michele!
Leave it to you to come up with another clever and beautiful card. I love how inspired you get and how wonderfully to pull through with amazing cards. This is SO pretty!
Beautiful! I have a similar stamp and really need to get back in to challenges. Hopefully you all see me back in the gallery this time around
Simple and stunning!
I love the pastel colors you chose for the lavender, Michele! Gorgeous frame, too...another stunning card, my friend!
You didn't just find A way, Michele, you found a beautiful way of translating this lovely picture into a card ... it's fresh, simple and oh so pretty! Hugs, Anita :)
Wow, I would have never thought of using the lavender stamp & die set this way, Michele. You are so good at using your supplies in unconventional ways! I love your wonderful wood-grain frame as much as the flowers.
Hideko xx
Oh it's gorgeous! Love the design... We actually have roses in bloom now!
What a pretty card and so very delicate and the flowers hanging down is a perfect take on the photo x.
Michele, this is such a soft and sweet take on the inspiration pic. I love it! I have that Altenew set; it works perfectly here in the pastel shades of ink.
I love this inspiration photo. I wish I could have played. Darned work got in the way! This is a gorgeous interpretation, of course. xx
