LOved creating these using EBE's Landscapes. Even though I think it's always good to have a few blank cards on hand for any old occasion that can pop up...
… these just screamed for a little more attention! I felt I had to accommodate.
Remember Julie's scooters from her Good Times set? Seems like I had an entire showroom of those colored up and ready to go! Here's how I finished them using my own words...
Don't worry... Julie has given me permission to play with her words - wheelie!
Those little Speech Bubbles are the perfect way to die-cut my words … here's how I do it:
Using Microsoft Office's Word program, I've chosen a 3.5 x 5" size in the page setup. I've cut my panel from 80# Neenah Solar white paper - it has no problem getting through my Epson Artisan 725 printer. That card is loaded into the photo tray of my printer.
Then it's just a matter of choosing a font, font size, ink color & typing in your very own sentiment - taking care to leave yourself room for that Speech Bubble die!
I can easily cut two from this size.
Or a bubble …
… and inside sentiment!
Big City went to Greece - I really wish I had gone with it!
Hope you find your words, and that I've given you some thoughts about how to make a card to go with them!

Wow, great inspiration, Jo x
You always have so much fun, I would love to go with (to) Greece myself, but will settle for a picnic with wine lol.
Very smart to cut for the photo tray...I have to give that a try. Thanks for sharing!
I liked the originals, but you've scooted them up a notch (heehee)!! And how beautiful is your version of Greece ~ swoon!!
GREECE!!! Oh, for genius' sake . . . !!! *all heart eyes*
Your cleverness is on full display here! Wow. Thanks for sharing how you do your fun sentiments. Great job! :)
Cute, bright and fun! I love using speech bubbles...don't do it enough! Using your own words makes them even more fun! You're a clever one, you are!
Yes please, Michele ... to scooting over ... to le picnic et le vin ... and to Greece! One scooter each ... quick get colouring, there will no doubt be a lot of takers!! Clever, fun and as fabulous as ever! Hugs, Anita :)
Wow so much to see and learn from this post! I love how you create your own sentiments!
I love how you played with your landscape dies and speech bubble, Michele! Thanks so much for the step-by-step tutorial...you put so much effort into your cards, and it really shows, my friend :)
So enjoyed reading this post and learnt lots....Thank you x What a fabulous card with a great scene and lots of yummy dimension and dots x.
Sooo clever! I never think to print my own sentiments....I think it's because our printer is in a different area of the house and I get so lazy! And then I never know how to cut it out...But this speech bubble is a fabulous idea! Love both of these cards so much, and the last one is seriously giving me vacation vibes..!
Thank you for the tutorial and the CUTE cards! Love your cards, and your way with words :o)
