The Library Challenge #34 The Art of Stripes

The Art of Stripes: Over 30 ways to wear stripes: Amazon.co.uk: Hardie Grant, Libby VanderPloeg: 9781784881511: Books

Cards, and BOOKs!!  Need I say more?  Except how has The Library Challenge and Marina eluded me??

Do you need any more inspiration than that fabulous book cover?  I didn't - thanks to Jo who introduced me to this challenge this morning!  I happen to know a few avid card making readers - hoping to spread the word a little myself!

Here's my [library] card for The Art of Stripes:  inspired by the cover, the colors, and the title.

Hero Arts:  Ooh La La - retired?
from Me inside:
"merci... for thinking I could pull off these horizontal stripes!"

Thanks for stopping by again today … I know I've been mighty pesky this week!  All for good causes, my friends! xx

=]  Michele

Merci, Marina!!

I have seen this blog, but haven't ever participated! I must say, with your first attempt, you've knocked it out of the park...or maybe I should say, over the Eiffel Tower! This is CUTE CUTE CUTE! And a perfect take on the cover too! Looks like a fun book to read....me coming from the era of "DON'T WEAR HORIZONTAL STRIPES....they make you look wide!" LOL!

Ooh la la is right! Love this card Michele! It is so beautiful and I so love black and white stripes. Of course being the size that I am, I rarely wear black and white stripes or stripes of any kind. lol Loving that image of the shirt, poodle and beret. Your water colored background is perfection!!!
