Inspired By #75... patina

I had my way with words for our Inspired By #75 … patina!  Hope they make you smile...

You'll quickly notice that my inspiration came from the faucet in the photo ... I had so much fun putting a patina on this gold foil frame* using black acrylic paint, that I made a second frame!  This time starting with white, and adding swipes of Weathered Wood, and Peeled Paint Distress Oxide Inks.

What is there about this week's photo that inspires you?  We can't wait to find out and we know they will be frame-worthy!

=]  Michele

* this frame was part of a scrapbook kit from Altenew … I'm told it isn't available as a stand alone die.

Hee, hee! That sentiment is fantastic! And so are your cards, Michele. Really like the ornate frames and that patina you achieved on them. Great job!

You've described me perfectly, Michele, and did it with one of my favorite things - rusty old metal. Love me some patina. :D
