25 days of Christmas Tags - The Card Concept

Tracey McNeely is celebrating Christmas again this year with this wonderful event ... now, I don't give actual presents for Christmas, but I'm about to send off a batch of 25 cards, so it's a perfect time to make a tag for the package!

It is Day 4, and I was inspired by Virginia Lu's gorgeous water-colored poinsettia ... perfect timing, Virginia - though mine is totally different, you inspired me to water color!

I was also inspired by this week's photo from

Gorgeous isn't it?  With a few distress inks, a gorgeous little Poinsettia from W&W's In Bloom: Elsa's Flora, Miriam Prantner's doily tag die from Neat & Tangled, the perfect die cut from MFT for the 'keys' and MAJOR surgery to an old stamp set that I never use, I was able to put together a sweet little Christmas message!

I'm about to make a Christmas wish come true!   shhhh... she may be reading this!  =]

Wow, I am loving your tag Michele! The tag itself is amazing with it's delicate lacy looking pattern, but then I love how you decorated it all up! The typewriter "keys" look fabulous as does the poinsettia. Beautiful color combo too!! Hugs, Brenda
