Inspired By... got mail?

Ready for challenge #6 from Inspired By...?  I don't happen to have a squirrel ... but I do have a new-to-me critter set!

 

I won a wonderful prize from our own Laurel Seabrook for this card a few weeks back - I couldn't get this Reverse Confetti stamp/die set in my cart fast enough!!!

 

Here is my little cutie getting her #happymail on!  You'll see I was indeed Inspired By... the critter, the colors, and darling red mailbox!

TCP Tuesday #343

We're hoping to 'bring out the animal' in you this month at The Cat's Pajamas TCP Tuesday challenge!  Okay, maybe just the animals in your stash =]

By now you know I love this animal... this Mr. Bun is from our Wheel Love set, colored very simply with Zig brush markers, and popped up on our Beaches Cutups die for a little road detail... 



Remember - you don't have to use TCP products, but we sure hope your stash includes a few!  We would love to see our Challenge gallery full of TCP love this month!

Here are the details for the Challenge:

1. The first Tuesday of the month a new challenge will be posted on The Cat’s Pajamas blog and our Facebook page.
2. If you want to play along you just upload your design to The Cat’s Pajamas blog page using the InLinkz button by the Monday, 11:55 EDT before the next challenge. TCP Tuesdays always start on a Tuesday!
3. You are not required to use a Cat’s Pajamas stamp or die but if you have them we would love to see them.
4. On the day of the next challenge the winner will be chosen from the previous challenge and will receive a Cat Cash Voucher for $50.

I LOve CATS - there, I've said it!

 

Ellen Hutson, LLC has given me a very wonderful gift this month:  I now have cats in the house again!  meaning I get to play cards with their adorable release products!!  There are two new Leading Ladies from Brandi Kincaid - yay! 

Allow me introduce you to: Cat Lady! and her matching dies...

 

 

I have to say, this Cat Lady is posing appropriately for our guys, who  sadly are no longer with us.   Calvin always wanted to be king of the hill ... Hobbes was okay with that.  [no I never had a mouse - but isn't he cute?]   

I just know you can't wait to shop, so I'll now invite you to the Ellen Hutson shop ... oh!  Did I mention there is also a Dog Lady? and dies?  I'll be playing with these, soon!

CAS[E] this Sketch Retro #257

Hi my friends!  I'm so happy that Chrissy chose one of my Sketches for our Retro Week at CTS!  It was a card that I made with love, with a paper I adored... guess what?  my darling friend sent me more!

Here is the card/paper I am referencing - see if you remember this:

Oh my goodness, so many of you liked this card!  In fact, I still love it!  Ready for today's version?  ta DA!

Yep!  a grey version, that simply begged for a purple rose!  On this one, I even managed to highlight the greenery of the print with Copics.  Though I'm sad to need a sympathy card, I think the person who received it will know how much he is loved. 

Nearly as loved as that darling friend who shared her stash with me!!  Thank you SO very much, Hazel!

Inspired By: Lovely Purse

I am thrilled to be invited to join Lauren Seabrook's Inspired By Design Team!  It's a new-to-me challenge that I know you'll have tons of fun with, too!

Oh! that creamy white pink-striped leather, the chunky gold chain, stitched details ... how about a little purse-shaped card, in a cute coin-size, with a sweet little heart-shaped latch!  I even managed to tuck a little speech bubble inside!
