Celebrating my 2500th post!

Hello my crafty friends!  Have you ever paid one bit of attention to the 'stats' section of your blog?  I had a reason to do just that a few months ago and noticed how close I was to hitting my 2500th post!  Now THAT is a LOT of cards considering how often there are more than one card shared in one post!

Today, I am just as happy making and sharing my cards as I was the very first day of blogging!  Thanks to all of you for continuing to encourage me to keep going when it looks to me that having a blog seems to be taking a back seat to sharing through social media.

Here's to post 2501 - for Freshly Made Sketches #610 - they continue to inspire me each week whether I play along or not!  Jen Timko has a fun Sketch for us this week!

Of course, that top skater - the one lagging behind - is me!  I found I needed to adjust the sketch just a bit to fit all three of my skaters [by the way they are on sale during the Moving Sale at Waffle Flower Crafts]- I hope Jen will let that 'skate by!'

I have another for you, well actually for Four Seasons for their final Fall challenge of 2023.  I loved using this Waffle Flower set again...

A perfect sentiment from PTI was stamped on the inside...

By now you're all scratching your heads wondering why I didn't color my squirrel red aren't you.  Me TOO!!  Perhaps I was dazzled by the grey decor in that photo next door?  Oh well, maybe that will cause a 'second helping?'

Okay.  If you're up to it, and kind enough to leave me a comment, PLEASE share YOUR number of posts* with me?  I know for a fact that many of you have been blogging much longer than I have!

Thanks so much for all the support and kind words you've shared in the last [almost] ten years since THIS post!

Freshly Made Sketches #606 and Color Hues #73

Hello, my friends!  Don't think for one moment that I'm done playing with those sweet little skaters from WF's Winter Fun set... they are so sweet and very quick and simple to color!

I've created a skating pond and used both Narelle's Sketch from Freshly Made Sketches, and colors from Color Hues #73 this time...

See that little snowdude?  he's on a magnet and can spin all day!

Here are the Copics I used for my Color Hues of Coral and Blue!
That Joy was stamped with CP Tutti Fruity ink.

I was very happy to use my old Lil' Inker's swirly die plate for my pond today - I have missed it!
