As is usual with me, I'm about to tease the heck out of you with 'things to come' from the March Essentials by Ellen release … this Mondo Succulent Pot, and the fun Succulent Sentiments will be available MARCH 8, 2020!!
ready … SET... see!
LOve that sentiment! I 'wet my plants' with water-colors starting out by stamping with Gina K Skeleton Leaves Amalgam ink, on my favorite Ranger Water color paper...
and painted with Distress Inks:
You may have guessed this isn't the only way I've colored it … can I hope you'll be back to see them all in March? sure hope so!

I'm not much of a succulent person, but I absolutely LOVE your card Michele!! Your water coloring is just FABULOUS and that sentiment sounds just like you! Haha!! :0)
If I didn't have a migraine hangover this morning, I could get my brain to work and see what other coloring techniques you've used. Maybe later. But anyway you've colored this, it has turned out beautifully. Color perfection, and what a stamp!! Btw...I live 1/2 hour from Gina K.'s store.... Wanna come over and go shopping?! Oh let's do! Beautiful card. xo Bev
"I'll be back"...I need to see all the other things you've done with this succulent. If this one is any indication, the rest should be fabulous.
You have worked your wonders with this stamp!!! Happy to see more to come!
What a lovely and beautifully colored card. Stunning. Frame it.
Wonderful and dreamy looking water colouring and what a fabulous card and fun sentiment Michel x.
Beautifully painted, Michele! Can't wait to see what else you've done with this stamp! And that sentiment is fantastic!
I need a watercolor lesson or two from you!! This is gorgeous Michele!
This is amazing....the background alone is outstanding! Just stunning!
Total work of art! And there will be more? Can’t wait!
Love how you "wet your plants"! Waiting patiently here for more peeks, thank you!
Your watercoloring is amazing and that sentiment cracks me up. Awesome card.
Wow!! This looks amazing.
This is totally gorgeous, Michele!!! And that sentiment is priceless!!!
When did you get Gina K ink? It works beautifully with all the succulent greens.
This is such a gorgeous stamp, and I love how all the team colored them - each so different but so beautiful.
Regarding my oopsie on my blog post about digi stamps - I have an ink jet printer. The "ink" remains wet for a little bit when printed on vellum. Even longer when printed on cellophane tape, which was how I realized the potential.
Thanks for the heads up!
Hahahahaha ... brilliant sentiment, Michele ... so much fun ... and so you! Gorgeous watercolouring too ... soft and dreamy and artsy! Hugs, Anita :)
Your watercoloring is absolutely exquisite, Michele! Such a beautiful and realistic color palette and your background is amazing! Thank you so much for the sneak peek...Looking forward to the reiease!
Since I have a "black" thumb when it comes to gardening, I love cactus and succulents. ;-D This is so beautifully watercolored, Michele! Thanks for sharing the photos of inks too. Looking forward to seeing more in March!
