Just to put a sharp point on the rules of playing at Inspired By... the photo is the jumping off point, right? lol
I've changed up my 'patchwork' and the colors - but you'll forgive me, I just know it! Hey, who said patchwork has to be done in squares, anyway? But patchwork is known for a great way to use up scraps, which is exactly what I've done here...
MFT dies did all the work today! Stitched Circles, and rick rack, and Out on a Limb - oh My!
One wee little tweeties from Pinkfresh Aviary set, for fun!
I just know you'll do better … and so did my IB teamies!! Let's go see, shall we? By the way, we'd love it if you stitched up a little card [or three] for IB111!
Michele, I love love LOVE this! Your playful style always makes my day. :)
Hey it works for me!! I'm loving all the fun colors and all those circles...definitely a patchwork of scraps at their best! Love it!! :0)
Looks awesome and yes, what a great way to use scraps!
I love it....love those big, bright, bold colors!!! Cute papers and that little birdie is sweet! I really enjoyed making a (very small) dent in my scrap pile, LOL!
I just love it when you JUMP OFF. Fabulous card.
You are one of my very favorite changer uppers - I adore this take on patchwork complete with a little rick-rack on the bottom! Fantastic!!
Your creativity = crafty goals♥
You have such an ingenious take on the challenge this week: Patchwork scraps....you amaze me!
You go girl...way to use up those snippets we all have. Looks like patchwork to me...in a great way.
I love the way you think, Michele! Your "patchwork" scene is fantastic and so much more interesting than squares!
Scraps in a patchwork! Great inspiration!
Using up scraps, especially those of the polka dot variety is a win win for me! Super cute card!
Such a playful interpretation!!
You combined those 'scraps' beautifully for this fun, colourful card, Michele ... such a happy look! Hugs, Anita :)
What a fabulous take on that Challenge photo!! Such a terrific and unique card Michele
This is awesome in every way! Love it!!
I LOVE how you played with your scraps, Michele...this is such a cute card!!!
Using scraps makes for a great quilt, Michele, although stitching a real one with circles is not the easiest one to make. They do make a whimsical card though and using the tree to ground them was inspired.
