Tom, my better half, and I just had an adventure of our lives travelling 5,476 miles. Destination: Sacramento, California! While there celebrating my cousin's wedding, we had a few hours to discover Old Sac. From all the delightful shops, we each made a purchase... Tom: $30 for candy!! Me? $3 for ric-rac from the '50's at an antique shop =] Hope it reads as chevron, 'cuz that's just what I had planned.
"Chevron, Black, Sequins" [had to follow in my buddy Tracey's
I'll also be sending this over to SSS Work it Wednesday for their Blue Challenge!
Oh this is so delicious Michelle, ric rac = chevron to me. ;)
You are a little card-making machine today, Michelle! They are all so fun for CFC and now this delicious ric rac has stolen my heart!! Have a great weekend! Hugs, Darnell
Yep, ric-rac counts as chevrons in my eyes too, Michele ... this is so crisp and fresh and fun! Anita :)
$3 vintage ric-rac....that's AWESOME.
Such a fun card...I LOVE that fun/bold bloom!
This card is clever and so well done!! Love the blue chevron/rick-rack - what a genius addition to this fabulous card!!
Hahaha, love your "homegrown" sentiment on your card ... that's great! I'm a huge fan of using vintage items on cards. You always get a unique look! Thanks so much for joining the CAS-ual Fridays Challenge, Michelle!
