When I added this darling Vintage Reindeer to my HoneyBee shopping cart I was certainly thinking about Bambi - he is just as adorable! But when I cut the layers, using Tracey's combo at Color Hues #123 in mind, and decorated those antlers it sure did make me think it was a doe! Someone once mentioned that female deer can have antlers - it appears uncommon in the Whitetail family of deer, but both male and female REINDEER have antlers to 'root' for food in winter! Well since it is a Christmas card, today SHE will be the cutest Reindeer of all...
Pink ornaments and background space, green Betterpress-ed pine.
all topped with another BP'd sentiment, and my card was done!
Of course she has a male counterpart...
He's all ready to be hooked up to Santa's sleigh! hey, why not
bring a red nose to the table?? Back to the drawing board!
Pinkfresh Studio Diagonal Stitched Plaid cover plate - Penny Black Plaited frames.
Hope you have a wonderful weekend planned that might just include a bit of card-making or perhaps Christmas cookie baking? That last part would make my counterpart very happy!

Cute as can be! Love the ornament hung on the antlers--and the beautiful Betterpress background! Thanks for sharing with us at Color Hues!
Most “a-deer-able” couple ever!
Such a sweet pair of deer! I love the "feminine" version which fits perfectly for Color Hues and can't wait to see the Rudolph version of the second deer!
She is so pretty with her antlers all decorated, Michele! And her suitor is quite handsome with his red reins. He looks like he's ready to pull Santa's sleigh! What a fun way to use these colors for Color Hues! I hope you have a cozy weekend.
Love your sweet deer cards Michele. She is as cute as can be with her pink ornaments and lovely background. He is handsome too all decked out and ready to pull Santa's sleigh. Love the background and colors.
You manage to find the cutest dies, I swear! These are adorable, and both Mr & Mrs Deer would win a contest for the most fashionable deer in the woods!
They're both as sweet as can be! Pretty in pink and handsome in boy colors. I adore these absolute charmers!
I got waylaid again and missed a few, but all read and caught up again. Sorry to hear about the close of the flower challenge, it is always sad when things come to an end. Lovely cards as usual. just love the white dove and that tiny tag xx
SWEET! Both are just precious, in their respective colors and attire. Can't wait to see your new "rendition".

Such a delightful pair of reindeer Michele, loving the cutesey pink one but the masculine one is equally fab. :)
I can totally see why that reindeer ended up in your stash. Both of these cards are really darling. Love the lights on the antlers and ribbon on his nose. Thanks for coming back for round two at Color Hues.
That reindeer looks just like the sweet doe (minus the horns) that was on my deck checking out the bird feeder the other day. I love that die! So cute and thanks again for sharing with us at the Color Hues!
Truly a beautiful, sweet doe, Michele! Love the ornaments hanging from the antlers; it's a fun and festive element to add for Christmas! Her boyfriend is quite handsome too. Both cards are superb! Thanks for sharing a second card with us at CH and I hope you have a lovely Christmas!
She is beautiful!!!! I bought this set last year and just finally used it last week. She's fun to assemble. Love her in pinks and greens and your second card is non too shabby either. *wink* Thanks for playing with Color Hues and have a wonderful (and warm) holiday season!
