The lovely Nancy Leppek is the host with the most at Color Hues for challenge #122 - Nanc' you almost stumped me this time, my friend! it looks like I missed my window of opportunity but that won't stop me from sharing.
A wonderful package of goodies arrived from The Greetery that I was thrilled to spend some time with today. I have to say I'm more pleased than I thought I would be with this color combo you've chosen! Thanks for pushing me beyond my comfort zone!
It might be a little hard to see, but there is a scalloped panel of
sparkly silver paper between those layers and a trio of silver doo-dads on each
of the largest flowers. I was totally bewitched by Betsy's creations using
her November release. My card features: Rosemal Reflections EF, Details dies, and Capsule basics dies. I can't help but give you a closeup up:
I love that all the die-cut pieces can be put into the EF for adding all those details
and dimension! I found my teals from MFT: Tropical Teal, and C&9th Aqua Sky and Oceanside.
Just wait until you see the one in grey I made for my MIL's birthday/Christmas!
Until it's light enough for photos, you'll just have to wait to see!

OHHHHHH! I'm sorry you missed the deadline! Is it because you were assisting a friend with some technical issues?? This is absolutely gorgeous, Michele, and teal looks good on you! I want to feel all the textures on this one! I bought SOME of the Greetery goodies but now I see I'll have to add more to my wishlist! Can't wait to see the GREY card!!!
I'm glad you took the plunge with these Greetery supplies as I just knew you'd make BEAUTIFUL cards with them! I'm sorry you missed the deadline at Color Hues, but you used Nancy's color pairing beautifully Michele...your card is absolutely STUNNING!! WOW! Santa is bringing me some of this release. Now I wish I'd asked for the flower dies too. Oh well. This is the most beautiful shade of teal and you made such an elegant card. I'm sorry you didn't make the cut off at Color Hues, but so glad you shared this anyway.

I rarely comment, but I have to say this is breathtaking! I have not thought about rosemaling in ages and ages. The colors, the symmetry, -- everything is just lovely on your card. I would love to see it in gray too. I am sure it is stunning.
