I love the cozy colors of Fall - and the Color Hues challenge has two 'must have' colors for the season... I stretched them into Christmas, Sheri!
I may be all set for Christmas 2025, but there's always next year, right? It's never too early to get them started.
Even in the closeup it's hard to tell, but I promise you that my stocking
is indeed brown - in fact it's cut from Altenew's brown woodgrain paper!
The cuff and leaves were cut from watercolor paper and painted with
Distress reinkers. My sentiment is from PTI's 'Tis the Season and stamped
in CP's Icing on the Cake.
I adore this Penny Black Stocking Stuffer die set!

I've never seen this PB die set in action, and it is delightful! I love your background with the subtle ink blending and the embossing at the top of the panel. It's easy to see why you love this set. Thanks for sharing with us at Color Hues!
Different and pretty. Love the cute stocking with your ink blending and embossing on the background panel.
Well now I have to go shopping for that die! Your card is fabulous!!
It took a moment to catch it all but the embossing, ink blending and branch make the sweet stocking pop! Kudos
Perfect. I love that soft shading in the background. Brown and orange make a great combination, lovely but unusual for Christmas xx
Sweet and precious! Your stocking is indeed awesome. The colors were totally unexpected for a stocking, but you've made it work its magic
When I click for close up I can see the woodgrain paper. So cute! I'm all in for these warm and woodsy colors for Christmas!
Great card!
How clever and cute! Love the non-traditional colors; it looks very warm and cozy! Santa might just take it home with him instead of filling it!
