Doodlebugs Friday!

I have another Altenew Paint-a-Flower set to share today!
Their Paint-a-Flower African Daisy had been an inspiration to
me in my studio recently.  Today I'll use it for a bit of Copic coloring practice and use it again for a masculine no-coloring design!

Here's a peek... meet you at the Doodlebugs Blog?

The uncoloring on kraft works great, Michele, especially for a guy! Love the colored flowers and how you've partially cut them. Fantastic layout!

Wonderful design on kraft, Michele! I used this same stamp (my only paint-a-flower set) for a sympathy card recently but forgot to photograph it. I stamped it in black over a moody ink blended background in mauve, greenish yellow, and blue. off to DB

Daisies are one of my favorites and you've shown me their beautiful in any color, Michele. Or no color at all.

Both daisy cards are beautiful whether colored or not, Michele!
I should remember that stamping in black ink on a Kraft card makes a perfect masculine card. The sharp black sentiment strip is a great match.
The Copic colored daisies are so pretty! I wish I could say someday that coloring is so relaxing! But before that, practice, practice, and practice...;-P

I can't imagine you losing your mojo Michele! I don't have great mojo to begin with, my mojo can't compare to your worst mojo. lol I do love the kraft/black and stitched card, it is simple, but without color, it does give a masculine feel-blow me over! The colored version is beautiful as well, I love the partial die cutting and need to try doing it myself. I also love the way you used the left over die cut piece for your embossed background. You are such a clever gal! Hugs, Brenda
