A weekend with Waffle Flower and friends!

It is the most wonderful time when three of my favorite people Challenge you to make a non-traditional-colored Christmas card!  there's nothing I could do but grab a few cherished, and one new, Waffle Flower products, my favorite Copics and get to it!!

Why, yes, I did buy another Poinsettia... how could I resist this one???  This time I masked, and layered them up into a pretty bouquet, and Copic colored them in shades of purplish-blue-grey!

Hope they like it!  I know a couple of my favorite guys will!

I'm sure that the new poinsettia stamp set is happy to be in your hands, and used to for such a gorgeous card like this, Michele. I love the unexpected color combo! Great job of masking to make a bouquet! The light gray shadow and dots in the background highlight the beauty of the poinsettias and the color choice for the gems is perfect!

Who would have thought that poinsettias could be that gorgeous in blue and gray? Why you of course, Michele.

This is a complete stunner...was a bit taken aback with the blue ( I know how you love it) but the grey is the ideal counterpoint. What great shading on your coloring. Just gorgeous.

I had to laugh when you said, "why yes, I bought another poinsettia" because I just had to have that one poinsettia you used on time and have yet to use it! Yikes! Maybe this will be the year and maybe not. Anyway, I love this poinsettia and the colors you colored it. Gorgeous! But what that is exactly what I expected it to be! Hugs, Brenda

Now let me just say that if I made a blue and gray poinsettia it would look like something that had been on my coffee table since 1967! But in your capable hands it is fresh, modern and stunning!
