I had the most amazing day … the 70's called my name the first time I opened this funky, and hip, Flower Power background, and Bloomin' Cute dies from The Stamp Market!
background from my snippets - no idea!
What do you think? Pretty groovy, right? Thanks for chillin' with me - it's been a gas. peace out...
[sentiments are all from various Altenew sets - big MEGA LOVE is a die also from Altenew]
EEP! Every one of these cards are so bright and fun! I love that pink and orange color combination with all the crisp white! Sorry I've been MIA lately, the kids were on spring break. Hope you had a great Easter!
What a fabulous selection of cards! Each one is gorgeous. That set really spoke to you, didn't it! Jo x
Groovy to nth power. What a fun set...it will go on my list immediately. These all look retro and fresh at the same time. Especially love the second one with the offset flower...clever girl.
No...VERY GROOVY! I remember actually saying that on a daily basis...yikes, I'm old :)
Your cards are fabulous, Michele! Each one is so unique and I LOVE all the fun, bold colors! Thanks for the trip down memory lane...it was fun!
Bam!!! These are groovy to the max 4-sho!! Or as Freddie Prinz Sr. would say 'looo-king Gooood!' Catch ya on the flip side!!
Yes, I remember the 70's and rollerskating to fab music, I thought I was so cool lol. Love your trip down memory lane with these beauties Michele!
Yes so 70's and pretty groovy. Stunning designs and vibrant colours. You sure look like you had fun creating these amazing five cards x Always good chillin with you x
Awesome flower power Michele. My Mum had a Morris 1100 car in the 70's with daisy stickers like these stuck on the edges of the back windows lol.
Michele - These cards are AMAZING! I graduated from high school in '80 so the 70's were my decade! Thanks for sharing so many wonderful ideas - it's like a full master's class for this stamp set (that is now at the top of my wish list!) ~ Rachelle : )
Far out, Michele! That set really inspired you. Your post is like Therese's Gimme 5. They are all so unique and creative. I have a panel like the orange one that I did from your die. Now I know how to use it although it's just plain white. :(
Yep, pretty groovy Michele!!! I am adoring your cards! The Flower Power background and Bloomin' Cute dies are perfect for going back to the 70's! lol Even the late 60's. I love those flowers and that love die. Your pink and orange colors are so pretty together. I remember seeing pink and orange together for the first time and I hated it. Now I love it. lol Takes me a while! I also love how you use these in the traditional way as well. So pretty! I'm in love with all your cards my friend! You have showed cased these stamps and dies so well!!! Hugs, Brenda
Seriously GROOVY! Love them all Michele. I especially am fond of the card with the negative die leaf. YOu have such an eye for fabulousness.
Groovy and funky and so cool and fresh, Michele ... gosh, you did have a lovely time going back to the 70's ... and gave us a lovely time showing these gorgeous cards! My favourites? The single pink bloom over the floral embossed vellum ... and the white one over the cascade of rainbow blossoms ... sigh! Now I understand why you were exhausted on Thursday after your 70's playday! Big hugs, Anita :)
Awesome set of funky and fresh designs, Michele! Fabulous use of white with the bright pink and orange!
Oh the 70’s! Kickin’ Down the cobblestones.....lookin’ For fun and feelin’ groovy......I may have had a flower that looked liked one of these splashed on the back of my VW bug! Delightful collection!
So groovy, Michele! Love each and every card. The flowers are so fun and the colors you chose are perfect. These are definitely a big retro, but also very modern. Awesome combination. :)
I'm sorry I have been so MIA this week! I have missed so much amazing-ness from you!! These cards are completely and totally "Cool to the Max"!! : )
Wow, each card design is fabulous, Michele! Bright, cheerful, and groovy! :-)
How can you come up with so many, different, and interesting ideas!? I'm especially amazed by the unique design of the die-cut flower and its square negatives layering over die-cut rectangular negative (stem & leaves) panel.
Awww!!! I love all of these cards, differently pretty in their own way! You are so creative, Michele ! The last one is especially lovely <3 !!!
