There are two Challenges that fit nicely into my play day ... Fusion: Mint:
My card is a true fusion, using the colors in the photo, and the circles [created by ghosting Winnie & Walter Pattern of Rings on an ombre cracked pistachio panel] from the Sketch - though I have flipped it.
Are you tiring of my EBE Hands?
There are endless uses for them - shall I just say I cannot keep my hands from reaching for them!
Altenew Exotic Tulips, and sentiment from their Celebrations set.
Yes, it did make me think of my own wedding day - I carried white tulips!
Next, for the March CAS Stencil Challenge - Julia is asking us for Ghosting! Which lifted my spirit! thanks Julia! and Loll for the guidance!
My card is an indication of the long lasting Winter in my world … if only it could look this beautiful! I've used a Winnie & Walter Into the Woods stencil, over a panel blended with Cracked Pistachio, Weathered Wood, and Hickory Smoke Distress Oxide inks.
Poppystamps Forest Village - cut from Fabriano hot press paper
So that's it from me this weekend … hope you have something wonderful planned even if it's to stay in your craft space all weekend! - thanks for sharing a bit of it with me!

Oh these are absolutely LOVELY.
Ok no jokes about this post......quite possibly two of the most beautiful cards ever! That die cut of houses and trees is fabulous and your card is exquisite!
WOW...two absolutely GORGEOUS cards Michele!! Don't you just LOVE the ghosting technique?! One of my favorites!! I love that W & W Ring background...so pretty and perfect for your lovely handful of Tulips! (Someday we might even see real ones!!) Your 2nd card is STUNNING Michele and could I pretty please have one or two of those die cuts????? Lovely, lovely cards my friend!! You enjoy your weekend too!! :0)
That must be you at your wedding carrying those stunning white tulips. Breathtaking. Then I saw your homage to winter and that took my breath away, too.
Fabulous cards, Michele! Jo x
So happy to hear your 'spirit' has been lifted lol. Both of your cards are sensational Michele, love those muted tones and how cool is that village die cut, I might just have to come round and play with that one!
Firstly, I will never tire of your EBE hands...no chance! I love how you paired them with your beautiful tulips and how you managed to use the sketch and inspiration photo for this lovely card! Your Forest Village is absolutely stunning, Michele! I love all the intricate details in this die and how those beautiful, subtle oxides are peeking through ~ WOW!
Thank you so much for playing along with us at Fusion, and at CAS Stencil challenges...it's always wonderful to see your creations in the galleries :)
Two gorgeous cards Michelle, wonderful ghosting technique on your second card, so soft and 'misty', lovely colours. Thanks for sharing with CAS Stencil
Two fantastic cards Michelle. LOVE the cracked pistachio ghosted circle background with your first card. The hands holding the bouquet of tulips is adorable. And I love that the tulips are white with a little gray!
Your winter village scene is beautiful! Fantastic die and it looks amazing over your ghosted forest background. Great work! Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Stencil! xx
Wow! I just LOVE your Poppystamps Winter Village done in shades of MINT! This is really a beautiful card, and I love the soft pastel look.
Well it's a treat for me to see you whenever you post, so this is delightful! And you've created some gorgeous cards for sure! Really like the ghosting effect on the cards. The hands are hands down gorgeous! You can use them any time you like (not that you need MY permission, snort). Beautiful work, my talented friend!
Wow - what a gorgeous village die and ghosting background on your 2nd card Michelle - a beautiful design! And I'm happy to see the hands die on the first - I have that die and am always looking for new ways to use it! Two lovely cards here! thanks for sharing with us at CAS Stencil! xx
Time well spent in the craft room! Love them both, and I have to say your second card makes my top 5 for sure.
Wow, this is stunning. The ghosted tree background is lovely and the die is sensational! Thank you for sharing at CAS Stencil.
I'd say this is doublemint fun, Michele. Those fabulous hands have done it again and you've managed to make white tulips white. ;) The tree stencil was perfect to use behind that intricately cut village. I'm so glad you had a good crafty day. xoxoxo
Oh. My. Word. These are GORGEOUS!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!
Both cards are so creative and gorgeous, Michele! I especially love the second card - the colors, the tree ghosting effect, the die-cut of houses and trees. A piece of art, my friend!

Oh my goodness Michele, these are spectacular! Those hands...well you always rock those. And I love that pretty little village and trees. The ghostly trees in the background make it it look like a foggy night. Even though I think real fog is super CREEPY, I LIKE this kind!
Don't know where I've been but I've never seen that technique before. It is SO gorgeous with your soft colors. You are so tempting me to order the hands. I'm sure I would never be as creative as you but they look amazing. I think white tulips would be so lovely for a wedding bouquet. That is what Harry's son's wife carried and I had never thought of using tulips before.
Michele - I love this card so much that I will be borrowing parts of your wonderful design in order to make a shower/wedding for my niece later this month! I will share it with you privately when I am finished! Fantastic - keep the hand designs coming! :)
Two gorgeous die cut card designs, Michele. So pleased you joined us at CAS Stencil Card Challenge with your ghosted stenciled background for your die cut village. TFS my friend. Hugs..Nancy
Sending warm wishes your way...Hugs..
Yes, Michele ... a succesful (and evidently beautiful!) play in your craft space is definitely something to share ... thank you! What a gorgeous duo ... I can just imagine these splendid white-tulip-holding-hands being yours on your wedding day ... especially with that dreamy, romantic looking background! You've made the long winter almost tempting with this fabulous snowy village ... the softness of the background captures the chilly frosty atmosphere wonderfully! Stay warm, my friend! Hugs, Anita :)
Wow Michele, this wedding card is just stunning! I don't understand how you got the circle, but I am loving them. Nope, I am not getting tired of you using those hands, you use them in such wonderful ways and I love it! Especially this one! How sweet that you carried white tulips on your wedding day Michele. They certainly are beautiful flowers! Another wow on your second card Michele! I love, love, love this one too! Yes, if only winter was this beautiful and it is when the snow first falls and is undisturbed, but then the plows come through and the dirt and such and suddenly the snow isn't beautiful anymore. lol Or at least it isn't if you live in town or the city. That is such a cool die too, loving those houses and trees! Hugs, Brenda
Wow Michelle! 2 Beauties!!! Great examples of ghosting:)
CONGRATS on your well-deserved win at Fusion, Michele! Such a fabulous card!!!
Way to go Zen Master!!!! Congratulations :)
Two fabulous cards, love the ghosted backgrounds and your village scene is stunning! Love that you left a few of the pieces inlaid in the trees and windows. Thank you for playing along at CAS Stencil, Cathy x
Beautiful ghosting! It did't really work for me...
