CAS[E] this Sketch #314

It seems our sweet leader has ice cream on her mind...
CAS[E] #314 in point:

Well. that's what I see - go ahead tip your head to the left … see it?   However, I have a different card in mind - one for the coming Easter Season. I've turned and flipped our Sketch - it's allowed, you know!

Exotic Tulips from Altenew, and the sentiment from another.
The tulips were stamped onto, and the darling little Alexandra Renke egg cut from a blended panel of hot press water color paper... The card base is made from PTI Ivory card stock... with a little snippet at the bottom that was treated to my favorite SU embossing folder.
Here are the inks I've used:

So.  What do you see in Chrissy's Sketch... we hope to see it in our gallery!  Come play!

I would have been totally stumped by this sketch...but, not you, Michele! You completely nailed it by turning and flipping it :) Your tulips are gorgeous and I love how you used the egg for your planter...and your color palette? WOW!!! How clever you are to create a 'grassy look' with your embossed panel along the bottom, too...LOVE this really pretty card!

I saw ice cream when I stopped by CTS this morning, but am hoping my brain will think outside that box... As to your card... Lovely Easter card, if you ask me. I'd love to find a pot like that with some tulips to put on the altar at church for Easter Morning. Wouldn't that be sweet?! I do like the snippet you've added to the bottom of your card, too. This just works. And it's beautiful. I like it very much. Have a great weekend. xo Bev

Mono-elegancy, Michele. It's not a word but it is now. The color is fabulous and the dimension in the egg makes it perfect for planting tulips.

I immediately saw an ice cream cone, too, M! You are truly a card magician to turn that ice cream cone into this stunning, monochromatic, feminine and enchanting bowl of tulips! Love the border, too. In fact, I'm in awe!! Hugs, D
