CAS[E] this Sketch #192

Sam Simpson's Sketch this week gave me the perfect opportunity to make a special birthday card for a special friend - my oldest, in fact, in duration - not years!  Miriam and I picked blueberries when she visited last year - our first visit in 50+ years!

A very new [and especially sweet] friend in Germany had a little I.G. contest recently.  Guess who won?  I am so lucky, in so many ways ... thanks Maria!

For CTS #192:

Concord & 9th: Wildflowers;  Altenew: Smile for the sentiment.

I am lucky to get to see all the beauty you all enter in the CTS gallery, too ... see you again this week?  Hope so!

I also hope to be done with this unpacking business so I can swing by your blogs for a real visit!  Thanks for your patience!

So so pretty Michele, Great combo of colours, I'm still loving grey with everything at the moment, but the purple is doubly perfect!

Gorgeous take on the sketch, Michele! I love how the purple pops with the fog gray background so much...my goodness, what doesn't work with gray, right? Loving your crisp, clean layout, too...it's so pretty!
