Today, I'll be dusting off some of my older designs, and making them current. I'm delighted to bring out some of my former favorite Papertrey Ink products. Their Layered Postmarks Holiday set will continue to be used for years to come as I adore vintage postcard prints. What's new? I finally got the Seeing Stars dies!
For today's card I used MFT kraft, and Primitive white cardstock; a Cuttlebug embossing folder; PTI Poppy ink with the stamp set, star dies, and twine; Hero Arts Newspaper background stamp with SU Crumb Cake ink, and Wplus9's 'Joy' from the Seasonal Sentiments die set I love so much.*
It's a bit more country than I usually rock and roll =]
*Sadly, I've still not found my darling heart or snowflake die for this set =[
I'm stepping out on a limb today and entering the $100 a Day challenge contest at Scrapbook.com! What have I got to lose? Oh, oh. Enter Mick Jagger in my head.
So fun and rustic, Michele ... and so full of gorgeous texture and dimension! I was so delighted to see you over at the PCL ... your fabulous card was such a worthy highlight in the Trend Watch feature! Anita :)
Kraft + Red = be still my heart!
I love this...the colors and the texture = winner
Nice! I really like the twine behind the star, it just adds that last bit of umph to this wonderful card.

Great card. Might have to CASE it at some point. Have you considered making them "Pin-able" from your site?

This is so beautiful Michelle, I LOVE kraft and red together!
You might imagine the excitement I felt being featured at Paper Crafters Library!!! Wow!
I haven't thought of it, Katie... in fact, I'm not sure how to do that? =/ Thanks for suggesting it though!
