Freshly Made Sketches #272

Cecile has a very interesting Freshly Made Sketch for #272 ... Thursday IS Sketch day 'round here, and there was a little girl sitting on my desk  just begging to be colored  - two birds, one stone?
A little vignette was created to represent the circles on my card ... I did move the sentiment, but couldn't bear to snip off that 'wood-flooring!'

For FMS272:

If this is a return visit, my thanks are not enough!  You do know how to make my day even better ...

=]  Michele

Supplies:
MFT - Our Story stamps, and dies; Stitched Scallop Basic Edge; Pierced Circle Die-namics
Kelly Purky - Second City DP
Copics for coloring
Cherry wood envelopes for flooring =]
White Jelly Roll pen for polkas

Your Copic coloring is amazing, Michele...beautiful shading, and fab polka dots...WOW! I love how you placed the kitty in front of this adorable girl and your wood flooring is perfect! I'm putting that set of dies on my wishlist right now :) Great job on the sketch!

Gorgeous!! I love your "wood flooring" - it's the focal point of your card and the coloring is stunning, as always!! I think you rocked this sketch!!

Oh my goodness, Michele!! You don't know how much this card touches my heart. I have an avid reader in my daughter and she loves, really loves kitties! This card just makes me think of her! It's fabulous!! Your coloring is fantastic. I love every single solitary detail on this card all the way down to the wood floor. I have got to save my pennies and get this set. Thank you so much for sharing!

Wow! A great sketch indeed, but your take on it is even greater! I love the sweet scene you created Michele. I love that whole stamp set, it reminds me of when I was a young girl and would be reading. Reading would take me away and I would get lost in my book! This scene does a great job at representing the circles on the sketch. I'm so glad you didn't cut off any of that "wood" flooring too! Love the sentiment right where it is. Hugs, Brenda
