You might remember there was a tray-full of bits and pieces cut from colored cardstock recently - guess who picked out all the blue and purple pieces yesterday? While without power. Bundled up to keep warm in her 57-degree home? Yes, that's how much I love you Color Hues!
to make another!

OOH that is cold !!!Hope your heating has been restored. Two fabulous cards and those colour combo"s are so beautiful,I see blue is creeping in to more and more of your cards. I really want that die and can't get it and the more I see you using that die the more I want it. The stained glass is indeed a masterpiece looks like there is more than one talented artist in the family.

Makes me shiver to think of you in that cold house! You were productive though. Guess you had to be to keep warm! Two pretty cards, Michele and WOWEE, your cousin does incredible work!
Gosh, I love this card! You inspired me to go look at the set yesterday, but I held back. I'm out of control as it is with full baskets of NBUS. Love the purples and blues in this. Quite striking! Your cousin... OMGosh, I can't even imagine. Incredible!
Oh my, you are rocking these!! I will happily share some heat with you, it's over 30, humid++ and I've got the airconditioner on... join me!!
Obviously the creative talent runs in your family Michele...both cards and the stained glass are gorgeous!! I love those modern looking flowers and they look fabulous in our challenge colors!! Thanks for sharing both of them with us at Color Hues!! Hugs. :0)
Well, if that is not dedication I don’t know what is. Bless your heart crafting with no power and to do it so well. You have made two stunning cards using leftover pieces/scraps. I hope you have your power back very soon! Thanks for joining us at Color Hues for our 100th challenge, we certainly all appreciate your support the past three years. Hugs!
BRRRR! I'm so glad you kept busy and warm, but so sorry the heat was out to begin with. You made a perfectly amazing piece, and definitely a tribute to your cousin
Going without power is no fun but you made the best of it with these wonderful cards, Michele. That's one thing about dies like that. Once cut in all those colors you can make multiples.
The talent runs through your family, Michele. Wow, what a gorgeous piece! And your cards are gorgeous as well. I sure hope you have warmed up by now. That is too cold. I'm amazed you could get any crafting done!
What a striking and beautiful card!!! So sorry it was created under freezing conditions. The stained glass is gorgeous, and the other commenters are correct--talent definitely runs in your family!

Yikes to 57 degree temps and ooh la la to your fabulous card! I can see that talent runs in your family--that stained glass work is a masterpiece!
Wow! Your cousin is incredibly talented with her craft. Runs in the family, I see. And I see just where you picked the colors for your card in her piece of art! What a cool die set and of course, you have worked magic with it!
