Baby, it's cold outside!

I promised to show you more of the newest addition to my ever-growing collection of embossing folders - this SSS Bundled Up was one offered with a set of dies that cut out a few of the hats and mittens that can be tucked into the folder for embossed dimension.  You'll see what I mean... and I couldn't resist keeping it simple in red and white!

Anyone heading out here today would be out of their minds
to go without a warm hat and mittens - an added scarf would
be wise... wish SSS had added a die for the scarf, too!
Those tiny little hearts on those red mittens were leftovers from
the gift bag's tags from this card.  One should never waste these little treasures!

My 'belly bands' for sentiments were created using one of
PFS's essentials: Noteworthy frames - not sure if they are still available nor
do I think MFT still makes the sets where I found these sentiments but
I'm shopping my stash more these days especially for Christmas cards!

Okay it is definitely time to hit the shower, dress and warm up - 20F here this morning!  Hope you have something fun planned for your weekend!

Love the red and white and those cute little hats and hearts. Well done for saving those tiny heart too. I am driving to Birmingham tomorrow to visit my daughters family. I am glad that I managed to get the Christmas present sorted and wrapped today. I shall drive back home again on Sunday. Have a lovely weekend and stay warm xx

OMGosh, that embossing folder is so cool! I looked at it when shopping, but spend spend spend -- can't have everything... at least not all at once. I've become so addicted to embossing folders, especially 3D. It looks fabulous on the debossed side, too, as shown on your earlier post. Wow!

I knew it was a CUTE EF!! I love both versions, but my favorite is the white with red accents. You're right, a scarf die would be a fun addition. Stay warm, it's been in the 20's here the past couple of days too. 14 when I woke up this morning...brrrrrr!!!!!

So smart to use just one color on your card and your choice of RED is genius!

What a cool embossing folder Michele...I love how deeply embossed the hats and mittens are!! Love the red & white color combo too and of course those sweet little white hearts you saved for the red mittens! Sweet, sweet cards that will definitely cheer up the recipient during the long COLD days of Winter!! Hugs. :0)

You can't beat red and white to make someone feel warm and cozy, Michele! These tiny mittens and hats all die cut and embossed add so much to the embossed background! As always you have found the perfect sentiments to go with the warm up gear! Great for Christmas or just a Winter pick me up!

Oh golly I LOVE what you did with these cards Michele!! They are beautiful and fun. You have a wonderful way with embossing folders. It's too bad I don't have the vision skills you have! I hope you warm up a bit soon. I won't tell you what our temps have been. Don't want you to send the cold my way!
