Keep on partying with Winnie & Walter!

w&w_bb2ndb_challengefinal

Shay has given us two ways to celebrate with her fantastic card challenge: use the number 2, or make two versions of a design.  Gee.  I wonder if it's okay to combine them?  You know what... she'll love any little thing we send her, she's sweet that way.

I confess to having a little habit of saving things that would be beautiful as an element of a card.  This pretty grey and yellow cardstock was the mat that came with a frame.  Here, I've used it for my In a Word Cheers cutaway, and one of the roses from Big, Bold, and Extras cutaways.  You [from the big, bold, and YOU] was stamped, and heat embossed, then fussy cut, and all were place on a slip of vellum that had been dry embossed.  Phew!  Did I forget anything?  OH the rose was stamped, and heat embossed, too... you wouldn't believe how well it worked on that slightly shiny stock!

You see all those little sequins/star?  Free gift with purchase ... yep, free ... in every single order.  Don't even think I throw one scrap of the twine they lovingly tie my packages up in!  Okay.  I can see I may have a problem.

One little piece of that yellow/grey were calling my name -

So where is the required 'two'?  Two layers of the hello! and a repeat of the paper, and the sequins!
 so there!!

So much fun to party with you, Shay!!!  Hope you like them!

Happy birthday!!!

Thank you for leaving your kind comment at my blog, always love to hear from you :) I have few fish recipes to share in near future on my blog, and I will surely share my kitchen, which is a thousand times better than my craft room in all aspects ;)

Your first card is gorgeous, Michele, and the second one looks like an owl is peeking our from under the E. A great recycler you are.

Oh I love that you save bits, and bring them back to life on a card. Both cards are very pretty.
