CAS[E] This Sketch #118 - Chrissy Larson

Chrissy is  a wonderful leader... she makes life so simple for her design team and is ever supportive to this new-kid on the blog.  She also draws some pretty cool sketches... CAS[E] #118 in point:

I may have strayed a bit, but you'll hopefully see the essence here - and that's all Chrissy asks of us - and you, too!

"Today it IS all about you!!  Tomorrow?  Back to it being all about me!"

I started with a self-made patterned paper that was easily created with a Word document and gradient colors - easy peasy.  [I've also done one for Christmas that lists my favorite things, and childhood memories - literally!]

That circle was made from a cover plate from MFT then cut with a SSS stitched circle.  Add a little bling... and ta to the da... OH! who noticed the boo-boo in the first photo?

Hope your world is looking more Spring-like every day!  Thanks for stopping over... now go create!  Chrissy's sketch is just too wonderful to not play cards with us!!  I'll be watching and visiting!

Whoa! You made your own patterned paper? LOVE the gradient colors! And I don't think you strayed from the sketch because if you did, then I did, too! And we're on the same wonky page.....and I want to make a round layer full of holes now! =)

Beautiful birthday card! Awesome colours! Can't believe you made your own designer paper. Need to get a new printer. Badly!

Now you've gone too far. Making your own patterned paper? Although I must confess I did it on a card once, too. Not a card as artsy and wonderful as this. Your creative mind just puts me in awe.

First... YOU GET TO MEET LYNN IN PERSON????!!!! How cool is that?! I know the two of you will have a great time, and you must feed us all the deets! Next, this card is magnificent. Love the created dp, and the circles within circle. And those glorious graduated colors. I'm pretty sure I love absolutely everything about this card. Yep. I do! Have fun girly! Bev
