A bit of play time!

The best part of having all my assignments done ahead is being able to 'play cards' with a few of my favorite Challenges ... enter FMS465...

I have just the old tag die, and new dies to make this work!

OOPSie Daisie... forgot the string!

With a little planning, one can always use the negative for another card... this one was embossed after cutting the Holly Jolly for my card, and is heading over to Let's Squash It!  They are looking for an embossed piece, with die cut, or fussy cut.  Hmmm think this fits the bill?  Even if it doesn't, it's always fun to play!

Hope you're having a wonderful weekend!

Well, you are definitely on an excellent creative roll with your Christmas cards, these are fantastic. I love all the little details on the first like the rounded top corners and the detail on those background leaves and that embossing folder on the second looks stunning in vibrant red. I have not heard of that make, will have to look it up xx

This is a duo of delight, Michele! I really like the tag on the first card. All of the elements work so well together to bring an essence of Christmas. That red is so rich and vibrant! String or no string, it's a winner! :) You had me at the cable knit embossing folder on the second card. :) Wonderful card design to use up the negative bits. Love how you get such a detailed impression with your folders. :) Thanks so much for sharing. Hugs!

Now, this is the way to use all the bits, positive and negative, and use them beautifully. That tag would delight any recipient and the cozy, knitted embossing is simply gorgeous with the vellum and holly.

Not sure how I missed these but you have been on a holy terror of posting cards lately! That sentiment die sure is a star on a card or tag! I'm thinking you're nudging me to buy a knit looking embossing folder or die.

What a cute tag card, Michele! It's filled with fun and festivity! And I LOve the sweater embossed background! The white heat-embossed sentiment on the vellum is just perfect for the bright red background, adding more softness and warmth to the sweater. Both designs are fantastic!
