Ellen Hutson PinSights Challenge April '17

Crafting on Saturday?!   Oh, when you see my inspiration, you'll totally get it... it's another stunner for the April Pin-Sights Challenge:

You will have no trouble finding the photo I've chosen this month ... thank you, Laurel Beard, for giving me just one more color combo for Julie's Mondo Hydrangea!  Wish you were here to see the extra detail I managed with a jelly-roll pen!

Distress inks:  Antique linen, Milled lavender, Tattered Rose, and Victorian Velvet.
Sentiment heat embossed with Ranger Liquid PlatinumMFT Scalloped edge die.

This one reminds me of those dried Hydrangea I love so much... yes, those hanging in the background!   Hope you love it, too!

Thanks for hanging with me on a Saturday!

Gorgeous card, Michele. The color palette you had to chose from is so pretty, too and you nailed it with your hydrangeas. Soft and elegant and I think, upon enlarging the photo, I spotted where you added the pen (dots). Perfect finishing touch. I'm so glad you crafted on a Saturday! :) Hugs!

I think you've perfected the watercoloring of dried hydrangeas, Michele. Your card is absolutely fabulous times 10! I had another day of mishaps so it's start over day today.

Such a fabulous card - I feel the inspiration came from each and every one of the challenge inspiration photos as they all have that ethereal feeling, just like your card. You've chosen some lovely, soft colours to create this delicate hydrangea.

Gorgeous Michele! I am always tempted by this stamp set but have resisted in the past. You are making it really hard! Next order it will be harder to resist! lol
