Friday's finale!

I feel as if this has been the busiest I've ever been blogging!  Where this mojo is coming from, I haven't the foggiest, but I'm thankful for it after the holiday lull.

Two cards for you today, and then I'll leave you be for the weekend - promise!

First up, some oldies came out to play with the current ColourQ Challenge #324 - I do hope they'll accept the silver-grey as my silver stand-in!  I loved the softness of it.

Technique Tuesday sentiment; Mama Elephant Origami stamps
Distress inks for the coloring:  Peacock feathers, Pine Bough, Shabby Shutters, Squeezed Lemonade

Next up is a card for Simon Says Stamp's Wednesday Ombre challenge - it has been far too long since I've played cards with Simon!  When this set designed by Shari Carroll arrived, I couldn't wait to play!

Simon Wednesday Challenge Blog

I found the perfect ombre 'leftover' inks on my acrylic block:

Have a fabulous weekend, everyone!  Thanks for stopping by!
