CASology Week 176: Tree & a bit of Glitter for Virginia!

I may have forgotten the CAS part of CASology's Tree challenge yesterday ... here is a 'do-over' for Week 176 - you'll have to take a little peep through the window to see my tree!

One more, before I go... here's the birthday card I made for my mother-in-law!  Her sense of humor may not be as great as the FIL =]  eek... think she'll be upset by all those candles I've lit?  She's a great MIL, even without a sense of humor!

Ellen Hutson by Julie Ebersole Wish Big - a jelly roll pen added the flames to my Pink Fresh DP

All this shine is being sent over to
Virginia's View Glitter challenge #21!  I'm hoping we can convince her to come back again soon!!!
Thanks, Virginia!!! xx

Hugs to all of you - you've really been great putting up with all of my posts this week - thanks for your kindness!

Oh, love that glimpse of the tree silhouette. So very pretty. And, your MIL birthday card is very fun. I was wondering how she could get upset with only three candles on her cake, and then I took a closer look at your background paper...

Your tree card is perfection. No doubt about it. Soft and subtle behind the window with a pretty brown bow and lovely gold sentiment. Great composition! And a sweet card for your MIL...I take it she doesn't read your blog, lol! Love the teeny-tiny vellum panel sentiment. Perfect! She'll love this, even with all those candles! I know I do! Bev

Oh, love them both! The CASology tree took my breath away with its serenity. The MIL card made me laugh for all the wrong reasons. Am I wicked? Probably! It is a gorgeous card though! ;)

Lovely cards, Michele! The snow white with tree is absolutely gorgeous! Not pink and not-balloon birthday one is perfectly done, great design for the occasion!

I'm oohing and aahing over that tree through the window card, Michele. And who's counting candles. They're just the background decoration to the darling cake that says "I'm three". lol
