Paper Players #746 and Inkspirational #345

I have two cards for two challenges this morning!  The Paper Players has a color challenge this week - and it was very challenging to find their colors in my stash - you may have just the SU! papers for Ann's combo right at your fingertips...

... I made do with a close match:

Altenew's Layered Ornate Frame brought them all together for my floral wreath
and their Masonry Wall EF gives it a place to hang its hat!
This sentiment from The Stamp Market's Kindness Matters set
represents my feelings perfectly!

Thanks, Ann, for pushing my limits with your color combination!
AND for choosing my card as your Headliner, too!

The other day when I posted that trio of penguins, one of the sweet members of the Inkspirational team mentioned they would fit their Three of the Same challenge - thanks Julia - but I was just too lazy to go back to edit that post... it's hot and I'm really feeling it!  Besides that, I had three more little Sandy Toe kids ready for the beach...

We are well known for our gorgeous sand dunes 'round here, so I
felt the need to doodle a big one for them to run down before they
spalooshed into the water - just as I would have done when I was a kid!

I wouldn't have the energy for it today - but I'd gladly take the 'Nestea Plunge' first thing this morning!

Hope you're staying cool!
=] Michele

Beautiful and fun all in one post and I'm loving both Michele! Your color challenge florals are SO pretty and I think you matched up the SU! colors perfectly!! Your fun at the beach day card makes me wish I were young enough to go running down the dunes to that refreshing water, but this heat and humidity really zaps my strength to do anything...grrrrr!! But the card...now that totally makes me smile and I love when you bring this set out each year!! Two fabulous cards my friend!! Hugs. :0)

Two fantastic cards - I love the sweet frame but LOVE your masonry e/f -- such a pretty frame of flowers, Michele. And your playful scene is fantastic too -- love the giggles and squeals that I can hear from those kids having a wonderfully warm romp in the sand.

You Paper Players card is so wonderful. The card colors you used match perfectly. That background wall is fabulous. I haven't seen that one. The beach kiddos are such a favorite of mine. I can't believe I never bought it, but I feel absolutely giddy when you bring them out. And I love that I saw those dunes with you. My speed is sitting on those wonderful benches overlooking the water.... thank you for that!

Ooh, that floral arrangement is just lovely! Great way to create that little oval frame with just a touch of yellow! And I love your little beachy kids too! Best place to be in this heat for sure! Thanks for playing with us at the Paper Players!

Wow, I would say you matched those colors as though they're the very same! A gorgeous card and my sentiments exactly. Love those kids, too! I miss the days with the kids and all their energy. Sophie is a close second with her zest for life. No way can I match her energy, but I have fun trying! We have a lake nearby with a huge dune that leads right down to it like this. Love both your fabulous cards, Michele!

Those colors couldn't be any closer and what a beautiful arrangement against the masonry wall. And it's always a joy to see those kiddos, whether it's 3 or a dozen of them!

I think your colors match perfectly and make a beautiful card with those pretty flowers and wreath. The touch of yellow for the frame is neat. Your beachy kids looks like they are having a ball ready to jump in the water.

Two fabulous cards, Michele! I would never have guessed you had a challenge in finding the challenge colors, because these are perfect! The freesia die cut flowers are gorgeous. I love the yellow "ribbon" connecting everything together. The brick embossing provides a lovely backdrop for the wreath. Thank you for playing in my challenge at The Paper Players this week!

It looks to me like those colors are spot on, Michele, and what a wonderful wreath to use them on. Your beach buddies are so much fun and I remember walking the dunes in my younger days.

These flowers are so pretty on the oval frame and the masonry is a perfect place to hang it! I'm thankful for your kind heart, my friend! Your trio of swimmers makes me smile and remember running into the water when I was a kid! Priceless!
