One card for two challenges and getting crafty on the weekend? I'm already winning! ha! While Tom was helping his mom out today, I opened my order from The Greetery and immediately got one of my items inky!
Who knew the Tangerine and Violet combo from Color Hues #71 would be folksy enough for this Fall Folk stencil set?
Are there are other Kristina Werner fans out there?
Remember when nearly every card she made had a bow that
was threaded through a small cut in the 'spine' of her card?
I DO - and did so today to represent one of the little strips in the Sketch.
My die-cut sentiment is from The Stamp Market's: So very Much.
I've used the lovely FMS Sketch #601 provided by my friend Linda who is one of the ORIGINAL FMS design team!! Thanks, Linda!
Okay, Tom's home again - I'd better wrap this up and get my card in the proper galleries! Thanks for spending a bit of your holiday weekend with me!

You beat me to it Michele...haven't even opened my Greetery package yet, as I was busy playing with something else new that you'll see tomorrow! Our challenge colors worked beautifully on that folk art stencil though, and I can't wait to play with mine!! I love the cording going through the spine of the card too...nice touch!! BEAUTIFUL card my friend and so glad you played along with us at Color Hues!! Hugs. :0)
This is one of my purchases this month from The Greetery. It's unpacked, but unused. I love yours in Tangerine and Violet--who would have thought? You, of course! Now I'm truly inspired to get to mine. Thanks for joining us at Color Hues!
Those colors worked beautifully with your new stencil! Great take on both challenges. This is fabulous, Michele!
Simply beautiful! Great colors together. So glad you had some time to play and come up with this pretty card!
These colors together are just delicious! Yummmm!
These colors are just perfect for your new stencils! I love the bow tied into the spine of the card too. Super cute touch!
These colors are definitely unexpected for the stencil but wow! You always make things just work so well. Thanks for playing with Color Hues Michele!
Wow this is stunning. I would never think of this color combo, but you opened my eyes!
The new stenci worked great for both challenges, Michele. I've followed Kristina forever but don't remember the bows. Must be it wasn't something I was interested in doing.
What a bright and beautiful way to start my day, loving everything about this Michele!
Such a fun color combo - why am I thinking Pennsylvania Dutch right now!?!? I love this! You make my sketch look wonderful!
Another gorgeous card, Michele. The colors are so vibrant and I love that postage die once again! Thanks for playing at Color Hues, as always! Hugs!

Those colors are so pretty together -- this stencil really is a great use of the colors.
Oh these colours are so very striking together and work perfectly with this gorgeous Greetery product! Thanks for popping by FMS with this beauty.
I just love the colors combined with the folksy stencil, Michele! You sure know how to put things together with such flair and style! We're always glad to have you play at Color Hues!
It's beautifully folksy, colors and all! I do love the folk art look, and that little bow on the spine is just perfect!
Your entry caused me to stop and consider this color combo! Wow, what a fresh folk art beauty!
