Good Gull-y!

With all the new things we have to reach for, it's good to remember a few of those oldies but goodies, too... thanks to Carol Mc. at Just us Girls #727 for bringing this EH Stay Salty set to mind.

Oh, even if you can't see them
in that moodboard, by gull-y you can believe they are there!
Not sure about the message in a bottle but where there's a beach there
is a gull stealing a chip!
[yes, Bobby, I added an action wobbler, too!]

Scene created on an ASD tag... Spellbinders' Splish Splash embossing in the background.

Have a great weekend, my friends!

  3. I've never seen a beach without a gull looking for chips! What a fun card, my friend! Love that aqua and white with the yellow chip and the bottle with the message. Wouldn't it be fun to find a message in a bottle?

  6. This stamp set has always given me a giggle. Darn right, there are plenty of gulls at the beach! Beautiful clean card with the soft beachy colors and the splishes and splashes in the background. I have yet to use that folder, shame on me.

  7. Leave it to you. to make a gorgeous card, even using a seagull snatching a chip! That embossing folder is the perfect water, and the message in a bottle are great details on this card. I love it to pieces!!!! Thanks for playing with us at JUGS!

  8. They must be small... maybe I can look with my magnifying glass lol. What a fun cheery design Michele, makes me want to head to the beach (which I will do today, to walk the dog before I go to work).

  10. Fantastic! Love your spin on the challenge, and it's cute on paper -- not so much when you're chasing those gulls away from your own chips! lol Another great card, Michele

  14. This is so lovely. However did you find that ribbon. It matches the ink perfectly. Great idea to use the tag and that embossing folder. We visited Brighton last week and saw several huge gulls happily stealing chips. The chip eaters weren't so happy though! xx
